2018–19 Buffalo Bulls Men's Basketball Team
The 2018–19 Buffalo Bulls men's basketball team represented the University at Buffalo, State University of New York at Buffalo during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bulls, led by fourth-year head coach Nate Oats, played their home games at Alumni Arena (University at Buffalo), Alumni Arena in Amherst, New York as members of the East Division of the Mid-American Conference. The Bulls posted a school-record 32 wins, including an 2019 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament, NCAA tournament victory over former head coach Bobby Hurley and 2018–19 Arizona State Sun Devils men's basketball team, Arizona State. Nate Oats
Nathanael Justin Oats (born October 13, 1974) is an American basketball coach, currently the head basketball coach at the University of Alabama. Prior to Alabama he was the head coach at the University at Buffalo. Education and playing career Oats grew up in Watertown, Wisconsin, where he was a three-year starter on the Maranatha Academy high school basketball team which went 24–0 in his senior year. He stayed in Watertown after high school, playing college basketball at NCCAA Division II/NCAA Division III Maranatha Baptist University. He was an all-conference player and served as a captain of the Crusaders while earning a bachelor’s degree in math education. He subsequently received a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in kinesiology and exercise science. 2017–18 Toledo Rockets Men's Basketball Team
The 2017–18 Toledo Rockets men's basketball team represented the University of Toledo during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Rockets, led by eighth-year head coach Tod Kowalczyk, played their home games at Savage Arena, as members of the West Division of the Mid-American Conference. With win over Northern Illinois on February 27, 2018, the Rockets clinched the MAC West division championship. They finished the season 23–11, 13–5 in MAC play to win the MAC West division championship. As the No. 2 seed in the MAC tournament, they defeated Miami and Eastern Michigan before losing to Buffalo in the tournament championship. South Plains College (SPC) is a public community college in Levelland, Texas. Jeenathan Williams Jr. (born February 12, 1999) is an American professional basketball player for the Portland Trail Blazers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Buffalo Bulls of the Mid-American Conference (MAC). High school career Williams played basketball for University Prep Charter School for Young Men in Rochester, New York. The 2017–18 Kentucky Wildcats men's basketball team represented the University of Kentucky in the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The team played its home games in Lexington, Kentucky for the 42nd consecutive season at Rupp Arena, with a capacity of 23,500. The team, led by John Calipari in his ninth season as head coach, was a member of the Southeastern Conference.
