2018–19 Boston College Eagles Men's Basketball Team
The 2018–19 Boston College Eagles men's basketball team represented Boston College during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Eagles, led by fifth-year head coach Jim Christian, played their home games at the Conte Forum as members of the Atlantic Coast Conference. Previous season The Eagles finished the 2017–18 season finished the season 19–16, 7–11 in ACC play to finish in 12th place. In the ACC tournament, they defeated Georgia Tech and NC State before losing in the quarterfinals to Clemson. They received an invitation to the National Invitation Tournament where they lost in the first round to Western Kentucky. Jim Christian
James Patrick Christian (born February 6, 1965), known professionally as Jim Christian, is an American college basketball coach who most recently served as the head coach of the Boston College men's basketball team. He previously held the same position at Kent State, TCU and Ohio. On April 25, 2018, Christian signed a two-year contract extension to remain at Boston College through the 2021–22 season. He was relieved of his duties on February 15, 2021. Playing career James Patrick Christian was born in Bethpage, New York. He was an all-state guard at St. Dominic High School in nearby Oyster Bay while playing under Ralph Willard, who later was the head coach at Western Kentucky, Pittsburgh, and Holy Cross. IUPUI Jaguars Men's Basketball
The IUPUI Jaguars men's basketball team is the men's basketball team that represents Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Horizon League. History The first year of IUPUI basketball was 1971–72 and the school competed as an NCAA Division III Independent. From 1982 to 2014, the Jaguars played on campus at The Jungle, which seated 1,215. Beginning with the 2014–15 season, the Jaguars play their home games at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum on the State Fairgrounds. Prior to the Jaguars' move, the arena underwent a $63 million renovation to modernize it for the fair and for basketball. The renovated arena has capacity for 6,800. Old Saybrook is a town in Middlesex County, Connecticut, United States. The population was 10,481 at the 2020 census. Havelock High School is a public high school located in Havelock, North Carolina, founded in 1956. Havelock is one of three high schools operated by the Craven County School District. The original campus is now the site of Havelock Middle School, and the current campus was built in 1971, although it has been expanded several times since.
