2018 NACAC Championships
The 2018 North American, Central American and Caribbean Championships was a regional track and field competition held at Varsity Stadium in Toronto, Canada, from August 10–12, 2018. It was the third edition of a senior track and field championship for the NACAC region, held three years after the 2015 NACAC Championships.Drouin still plans to continue training with the goal of being healthy to compete in the Commonwealth Games and NACAC Championships in 2018.

Keston Bledman
Keston Bledman, HBM (born 8 March 1988) is a track and field sprint athlete, who competes internationally for Trinidad and Tobago. On 7 July 2007, at the 2007 Pan American Junior Athletics Championships in São Paulo, Brazil, he upset the Jamaican Yohan Blake in the 100 meters, finishing in 10.32 seconds (−1.1 m/s wind). Bledman represented Trinidad and Tobago at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. He competed at the 4 × 100 m relay together with Marc Burns, Aaron Armstrong and Richard Thompson. He was the lead off man. In their qualification heat they placed first in front of Japan, the Netherlands and Brazil. Their time of 38.26 was the fastest of all sixteen teams participating in the first round and they qualified for the final. Armstrong was replaced by Emmanuel Callender for the final race and they sprinted to a time of 38.06 seconds, the second time after the Jamaican team, winning the silver medal. Melquer Vencent García Howland (born 18 June 1992) is a Honduran athlete competing in the sprinting events. Family García Howland was born on 18 June 1992 in New York, United States. His father, Melvin Lorenzo, is originally from Puerto Cortés, Honduras and his mother, Barbara Lynetta from South Carolina, United States. Career Early years He became a member of the track and field team at Watervliet High School. During his high school years he suffered an ACL tear in his right leg playing American football removing him from sports which many say is a career ending injury. Mario Omar Burke (born 18 March 1997) is a Barbadian sprinter. He currently attends the University of Houston. Burke won a bronze medal in the 100 metres at 2016 World Junior Championships in Athletics. On June 24, 2017, Burke won the 100 metres race at the Barbados National Championships. He opened his 2019 season with a world-leading time of 6.56 seconds in the 60 meters at the Red Raider Invite meet. He went on to place second over the same distance at the NCAA Division I Indoor Championships with a new personal best time of 6.55 s. On June 5, 2019, at the NCAA Division I Championships, he became the second Barbadian to break the 10-second barrier with a legal time of 9.98 s. Jason Aliston Rogers (born 31 August 1991 in Sandy Point) is a Saint Kitts and Nevis sprinter who specialises in the 100 metres. Rogers helped win a bronze medal as a part of the 4 × 100 m relay at the 2008 Central American and Caribbean Championships in Cali, Colombia. He also finished sixth in the 100 metres final of the 2010 World Junior Championships in Moncton, Canada. He has competed in three Olympic Games for his country (2012, 2016 and 2020). Bismark Boateng
Bismark Boateng (born March 15, 1992) is a Canadian track and field athlete specializing in the sprint events. Boateng moved to Canada when he was 14 for better opportunities and lives in Toronto, Ontario. Career Bismark studied at Monsignor Percy Johnson Catholic Secondary School in Etobicoke. Boateng was originally a soccer player, but decided to switch to track and field after watching the 2012 Canadian Olympic trials. Boateng started running competitively in 2013. Boateng's first major competition was the 2015 Summer Universiade, where he finished in eleventh in the 100 m and tenth in the 4x100 relay. Boateng competed at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, where he made the semi-finals in the 200 m and was disqualified in the 4x100 relay.
