They significantly failed to improve upon their 80-82 record the previous year, reaching 100+ losses for the first time since 2006 and finishing 58-104, the second-worst record in the 2018 MLB season, ahead of only the Baltimore Orioles, who finished 47-115. Michael Christopher Moustakas (; born September 11, 1988) is an American professional baseball infielder who is a free agent. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Kansas City Royals, Milwaukee Brewers, and Cincinnati Reds. Moustakas was drafted in the first round (second overall) of the 2007 MLB draft by the Royals. The Lexington Legends are an American professional baseball team based in Lexington, Kentucky. They are a member of the South Division of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, a "partner league" of Major League Baseball. He was drafted by the Atlanta Braves with the seventh overall pick in the 2009 MLB draft. Miguel Emilio Almonte (born April 4, 1993) is a Dominican former professional baseball pitcher. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Kansas City Royals and Los Angeles Angels.
