2017–18 Macedonian Second Football League
The 2017–18 Macedonian Second Football League was the 26th season of the Macedonian Second Football League, the second division in the Macedonian football league system. The fixtures were announced on 7 August 2017. The season began on 27 August 2017 and concluded on 19 May 2018. It's the first season since 1999–2000 with the new format, which as the league is divided into two groups, East and West, with 10 teams participating in each group. FK Belasica
FK Belasica ( mk, ФК Беласица) is a football club based in the city of Strumica, North Macedonia. They are currently competing in the Macedonian Second League. History The club was founded on 22 April 1922 at the cafe of Tašo Todorov, where fifty initiators gathered at the founding meeting for the football club Belasica Strumica. According to documents, the first meeting was held on 13 August 1922 with Gjorgi Moskov elected president, Tomi Kujundziev as secretary and Rosto Perov as treasurer.The first match played in club history was against Pobeda from Skopje, where Belasica lost by the score of 1–0. Their popular Nickname is Kangaroos and their best period was the golden 80s when they won the Macedonian championship twice. Valandovo
Valandovo ( mk, Валандово ) is a small town in southeastern North Macedonia. The city is the seat of Valandovo Municipality. History Ancient Period Evidence of life can be found beginning in the 10th-7th centuries B.C. Radoviš
Radoviš ( mk, Радовиш ) is a city in the southeastern part of North Macedonia. It is the second largest city in the southeastern region. The city is the seat of Radoviš Municipality, which is spread on the bottom of Plačkovica Mountain and the northern part of the Radoviš-Strumica valley. Kočani ( mk, Кочани ) is a town in the eastern part of North Macedonia, situated around east from Skopje. It has a population of 28,330 and is the seat of the Kočani Municipality. Blagoj Istatov Stadium is a football stadium in Strumica, North Macedonia. With the last reconstruction in 2017 the stadium has a capacity of 9,200 seats, and it is a third-class field in accordance with UEFA standards.
