2017–18 KNVB Cup
The 2017–18 KNVB Cup was the 100th season of the annual Dutch national football cup competition. It commenced on 19 September 2017 with the first of six rounds and concluded on 22 April 2018 with the final at De Kuip in Rotterdam. The defending champions were Vitesse from the Eredivisie, who beat AZ 2–0 in the final in the previous season on 30 April 2017. The winner will automatically qualify for the third preliminary round of the 2018–19 edition of the UEFA Europa League. The winner will also participate in the 2018 edition of the Johan Cruyff Shield, the Dutch Supercup match at the start of the following season between the Cup winner and the champions of the 2017–18 Eredivisie. De Kuip
Stadion Feijenoord (), more commonly known by its nickname De Kuip (, the Tub), is a stadium in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It was completed in 1937. The name is derived from the Feijenoord district in Rotterdam, and from the club with the same name (although the club's name was internationalised to Feyenoord in 1973). The stadium's original capacity was 64,000. In 1949, it was expanded to 69,000, and in 1994 it was converted to a 51,117-seat all-seater. In 1999, a significant amount of restoration and interior work took place at the stadium prior to its use as a venue in the UEFA Euro 2000 tournament, although capacity was largely unaffected. EVV, an abbreviation for Echter Voetbal Vereniging, is a Dutch association football club from Echt-Susteren, Limburg. Its colours are blue and white. The club was founded on 26 June 1926 and plays in the Derde Divisie; the fourth tier of the Dutch football pyramid. SV Spakenburg is a Dutch football club based in Bunschoten. It was founded in 1931 and currently competes in the Tweede Divisie. Aanhouden Doet Overwinnen 1920, simply known as ADO '20, is a Dutch association football club from Heemskerk, North Holland. They are currently playing in the Dutch Derde Divisie.
