2017–18 FK Qarabağ Season
The 2017–18 season was Qarabağ's 25th Azerbaijan Premier League season, of which they were defending champions, and was their tenth season under manager Gurban Gurbanov. Season overview Transfers Qarabağ announced their first summer signing on 6 June, Abbas Huseynov from Inter Baku, with Ukrainian goalkeeper Anton Kanibolotskiy signing a two-year contract from Shakhtar Donetsk on 24 June. In July, Qarabağ signed Jakub Rzeźniczak from Legia Warsaw and Wilde-Donald Guerrier from Alanyaspor. Qarabağ FK
Qarabağ Futbol Klubu, commonly known as Qarabağ () is an Azerbaijani professional football club, based in Baku, that competes in the Azerbaijan Premier League, the top flight of Azerbaijani football. The club originates from Aghdam but has not played in its hometown since 1993 due to the First Nagorno-Karabakh War. The club is now based in the capital city of Baku. Wilde-Donald Guerrier
Wilde-Donald Guerrier (born 31 March 1989) is a Haitian professional footballer who played as a left winger or left-back for Azerbaijan Premier League club Zira and the Haiti national team. He has played abroad in Poland, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Cyprus. Club career Haiti Guerrier started his career in Haiti for Violette AC. After being relegated to the second division, Guerrier decided to leave the club for a first division team, which led him to América des Cayes. Eskişehirspor Kulübü is a Turkish professional football club located in Eskişehir. Eskisehirspor has a total of six trophies, making them the sixth most trophies holders in Turkey. Maksim Borisoviç Medvedev (russian: Максим Борисович Медведев; born 29 September 1989) is an Azerbaijani professional footballer who plays as a right-back for and captains both Azerbaijan Premier League club Qarabağ and the Azerbaijan national team. Mersin Talim Yurdu, formerly Mersin İdman Yurdu, is a Turkish sports club from Mersin, Turkey in the eastern Mediterranean Region. The team played in the Turkish first division for 15 seasons, and after the 1983–84 season the football team played in the Turkish second and third divisions. Ibrahim Šehić
Ibrahim Šehić (; born 2 September 1988) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Süper Lig club Konyaspor and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team. Šehić started his professional career at Željezničar, before joining Mersin Talim Yurdu in 2011. Two years later, he moved to Qarabağ. In 2018, Šehić signed with Erzurumspor. Tarik Elyounoussi ( ar, طارق اليونسي, ', ; born 23 February 1988) is a professional footballer who plays for Japanese club Shonan Bellmare.
