The 2017–18 season was Al-Ettifaq's 73rd season in existence and their second consecutive in the Pro League. Along with the Pro League, the club also competed in the King Cup. The season covered the period from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018. Ettifaq FC
Al Ettifaq Football Club ( ar, نادي الاتفاق لكرة القدم) is a professional football club in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Al-Ettifaq was established after the merging of three clubs in the city of Dammam at the year 1944. Al Ettifaq is the first Saudi team to win an international title – the 1984 Arab Club Champions Cup. Al Ettifaq is also the first team to win the Saudi Premier League without any defeat. Al Ettifaq is also the first side from Saudi Arabia to win the GCC Champions League. Al Ettifaq have a total of 13 different titles to their name. The Club also has its own futsal section. History Before the establishment of Al-Ettifaq, there were three clubs in Dammam that were founded in 1941 (Al-Taawoun, Al-Sha'ab and Al-Shabab). Mohammed Al-Kwikbi
Mohammed Marzoq Al-Kuwaykibi ( ar, محمد مرزوق الكويكبي; born 2 December 1994) is a Saudi professional footballer who plays a winger for Al-Taawoun. In May 2018 he was named in Saudi Arabia’s preliminary squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. Career Al-Kuwaykibi started his career at hometown club Al-Orobah and made his first-team debut during the 2012–13 season. He scored his first goal for Al-Orobah in the Crown Prince Cup match against Al-Tadamon on 4 October 2012. He scored his first league goal for the club on 9 November 2012 against Al-Hazem. Abdurahman Al-Aboud
Abdulrahman Ali Hassan Al-Aboud ( ar, عبد الرحمن علي حسان العبود; born 1 June 1995) is a Saudi football player who plays as a winger for Al-Ettifaq on loan from Al-Ittihad. He has also played for the Saudi Arabia national team. Career Al-Aboud began his career with Al-Ettifaq where he was promoted from the youth team to the first team. Yousef Al-Salem ( ar, يوسف السالم, born 4 May 1985) is a Saudi Arabian professional footballer who currently plays for Al-Jubail as a striker.
