Chris Gavina
Christian Gavina (born January 27, 1979) is a Filipino professional basketball coach. He served as the head coach of the Taichung Suns in the T1 League. Early life and college career Gavina was born in the Philippines and migrated to Jersey City, New Jersey when he was three years old. He played college basketball for the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey. He finished second in all-time scoring for the school and have his jersey number retired after his graduation in 2001. After graduation, he worked as a formulation chemist for L'Oreal from 2004 to 2008 and then moved back to the Philippines to pursue a career in basketball. He first played for the Quezon Red Oilers and the Mandaue-Cebu Landmasters of the defunct Liga Pilipinas. Ynares Center
The Ynares Center is an indoor sporting arena located along the Circumferential Road in Antipolo, Rizal, Philippines. The facility, which has a seating capacity of 7,400, is managed by the Provincial Government of Rizal. Aside from hosting basketball, boxing, volleyball and other indoor sports, the Ynares Center is also used for concerts and other crowd gatherings. The arena was built at a cost of ₱350 million. This is the current landmark in the province where PBA games and big concerts are held regularly. The sporting venue situated in a lot has an air-conditioning system installed. Rashawn Frisco McCarthy (born September 10, 1989) is a Filipino-American professional basketball player for the Blackwater Bossing of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Professional career McCarthy played two seasons with the Westports Malaysia Dragons in the ASEAN Basketball League (ABL). McCarthy was drafted sixth overall by the San Miguel Beermen in the 2016 PBA draft. Reden Marimon Celda is a Filipino professional basketball player for the NLEX Road Warriors of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He played college basketball at the National University. He was drafted by the NLEX Road Warriors at the 2014 PBA draft. Professional career Celda was drafted eight overall by the NLEX Road Warriors in the 2016 PBA draft. Jay-R C. Reyes (born July 16, 1984) is a Filipino former professional basketball player who last played for the Phoenix Super LPG Fuel Masters of the Philippine Basketball Association. Professional career Reyes was the youngest player in the 2006–07 PBA season at only 22 years of age. He played 35 games and he averaged 12.51 points per game, 1.57 blocks per game and 8.89 rebounds per game. He was one of the rookies who led the PBA in the top ten in the rebound category. Eric James Mandanas Camson (born June 12, 1990) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the Terrafirma Dyip of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He was drafted 16th overall in the 2013 PBA draft by the Air21 Express. College career Camson played for the Adamson Soaring Falcons while he was in college. He significantly improved in his final two years of college, averaging 40% shooting from three and was among the top five rebounders in the UAAP. In his senior year, he led the Falcons in scoring and rebounding with averages of 14.5 points and 9.1 rebounds a game. Joe Lipa
Jose "Joe" Lipa, Jr. is a Filipino basketball coach and executive who currently coaching the Terrafirma Dyip's 3x3 team in the PBA 3x3. Lipa formerly coached his alma mater, the University of the Philippines, in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines men's basketball. He also had a head coaching stint for the Manila Beer Brewmasters, Ateneo Blue Eagles, the Shell Turbo Chargers and the FedEx Express of the professional Philippine Basketball Association.
