Argentinos Juniors
Asociación Atlética Argentinos Juniors is an Argentine sports club based in La Paternal, Buenos Aires. The club is mostly known for its football team, which currently plays in the Argentine Primera División, and was recognized as one of the most important football teams of South America by FIFA. It is one of the eight Argentine first division teams that have won the Copa Libertadores. The continental trophy was won in the club's first entry to the contest, in 1985. Guillermo Benítez (footballer, Born 1993)
Ángel Guillermo Benítez (born 8 December 1993) is an Argentine-born Paraguayan professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Huracán, on loan from Guaraní. Career Benítez is the son of Paraguayan immigrants for which he has dual citizenship. Benítez made his Argentinos Juniors debut in 2013 in a Copa Argentina tie against Sportivo Belgrano, playing the full match in penalty shoot-out defeat. In June 2014, Benítez joined Primera B Metropolitana side Estudiantes on loan for two seasons. His first professional league appearance came on 8 August in a 1–0 win over Deportivo Merlo. Gastón Machín
Gastón Machín (born 20 February 1983) is an Argentine retired professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Machín is a product of the famous youth system at Argentinos Juniors, he made his senior debut for the club in 2002. In 2004, he was part of the squad that earned promotion to the Argentine Primera. Machín played for Argentinos in the Primera until the end of 2005 when he signed for Independiente for the beginning of the Clausura 2006 tournament. Machin was loaned to Newell's Old Boys but the club did not respect some issues with the contract in terms of money and Machin decided to go back to Independiente for the 2009 season. Facundo Barboza
Facundo Matias Barboza (born 31 July 1996) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Argentinos Juniors. Career Barboza's career began with Argentinos Juniors in 2016, making his debut on 6 February in a league draw with Tigre. Three further appearances followed as Argentinos were relegated to Primera B Nacional. In Argentina's second tier, Barboza made thirty-two appearances and scored three goals; his first came against Douglas Haig in October 2016. Ezequiel Ham
Alessio Ezequiel Naim Ham (born 10 March 1994) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Club Olimpo. Career Ham was promoted into the first-team of Argentine Primera División side Argentinos Juniors in March 2014 and subsequently made his professional debut on 28 March versus Belgrano. Esteban Leonardo Rolón (born 25 March 1995) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Belgrano. Club career Argentinos Juniors Born in Posadas, Misiones, Rolón joined Argentinos Juniors' youth setup in 2007 at the age of 12. He made his first team – and Primera División – debut on 4 March 2016, starting in a 1–5 home loss against Defensa y Justicia. Damián Batallini
Damián Iván Batallini (born 24 June 1996) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a winger for Necaxa, on loan from Argentinos Juniors. Club career Batallini came through the youth ranks of Deportivo Armenio, River Plate and Argentinos Juniors. He made his pro debut for Argentinos in the Argentine Primera División against Tigre on 6 February 2016. Seven matches later, Batallini scored the first goal of his career in a 2–2 draw with Racing Club. He made twelve appearances and scored two goals in a season which ended in relegation to Primera B Nacional. In the second tier, he scored three goals in sixteen games as Argentinos won the title. In December 2020, after over a hundred games for them, Batallini agreed a move to Liga MX side Atlético San Luis. Alexis Mac Allister (born 24 December 1998) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for club Brighton & Hove Albion and the Argentina national team. Sebastián Rodrigo Martínez
