AFC Bournemouth
AFC Bournemouth () is a professional association football club based in Kings Park, Boscombe, a suburb of Bournemouth, Dorset, England. The club competes in the Premier League, the highest division of English club football. Formed in 1899 as Boscombe, the club adopted their current name in 1971. Nicknamed "The Cherries", Bournemouth have played their home games at Dean Court since 1910. Their home colours are red and black striped shirts, with black shorts and socks, inspired by that of Italian club A.C. Milan. The club competed in regional football leagues before going up from the Hampshire League to the Southern League in 1920. Steve Anthony Cook (born 19 April 1991) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for Nottingham Forest. Club career Brighton & Hove Albion Born in Hastings, East Sussex, Cook made his first-team debut for Brighton & Hove Albion during the League Cup third round victory over Manchester City on 24 September 2008. He made his second substitute appearance for Brighton during a 2–1 FA Cup first round replay defeat against Hartlepool United on 18 November 2008. Jermain Colin Defoe (born 7 October 1982) is an English former professional footballer who played as a striker. He also played for the England national team. Defoe began his career with Charlton Athletic, joining their youth team aged 14, before moving to West Ham United aged 16 and rising through the ranks. Joshua Christian Kojo King (born 15 January 1992) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Fenerbahçe and the Norway national team. King was signed by Manchester United from Vålerenga in 2008. Lewis John Cook (born 3 February 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for club AFC Bournemouth. Cook is a graduate of Leeds United's academy. Aaron Christopher Ramsdale (born 14 May 1998) is an English professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for club Arsenal and the England national team. Charles John Daniels (born 7 September 1986) is an English former professional footballer who played as a defender. Starting his career at Tottenham Hotspur, he experienced a number of loans before joining Leyton Orient.
