Estering Circuit
Estering is a rallycross race track situated in Buxtehude, Lower Saxony Germany. It primarily ran the German round of the FIA European Rallycross Championship until 2019. It also ran the World RX of Germany event of the FIA World Rallycross Championship from 2014 to 2018 before being dropped in 2019 FIA World Rallycross Championship, 2019. Andreas Bakkerud
Andreas Bakkerud (born 10 October 1991) is a rallycross driver from Bergen, Norway. He has competed in the FIA Rallycross Supercar class since 2013 in both Euro RX and World RX, and Nitro Rallycross since 2021. He became European Champion in 2021. Biography Bakkerud won the FIA European Rallycross Championship in the Super1600 category twice, in 2011 and 2012. He entered the FIA European Rallycross Supercar class in 2013 with a private Citroën DS3, finishing fourth with two wins. In 2014 he joined the FIA World Rallycross Championship Supercar class, driving a Ford-supported Olsbergs MSE Fiesta. He got two wins and three second-place finishes, and placed fifth in the overall standings. In 2015 he scored a win, three podiums and eight top 5s, which put him fourth in the Supercar drivers championship. Sebastian Eriksson (racing Driver)
Sebastian Eriksson is a Swedish rallycross driver. He is a former participant in the Global Rallycross Championship, and currently competes in the FIA World Rallycross Championship. Throughout his entire professional racing career, he has raced exclusively for Olsbergs MSE. Eriksson participated in the Light prototype class of the 2022 Dakar Rally in a team with Dutch co-driver Wouter Rosegaar. They finished in second place in their class. He has no relation with Olsbergs MSE team owner Andréas Eriksson or drivers Kevin Eriksson and Oliver Eriksson. Marcus Grönholm
Marcus Ulf Johan Grönholm (born February 5, 1968) is a Finnish former rally and rallycross driver, being part of a family of the Swedish-speaking population of Finland lineage. His son, Niclas Grönholm, is an upcoming FIA World Rallycross Championship driver. Grönholm's nicknames are either "Bosse" (mainly in his native Finland and the Scandinavian countries) or "Magic Marcus". Grönholm is one of the most successful WRC drivers of all time, ranking third in rally wins (30), and winning two championships, in 2000 and 2002. After Peugeot withdrew from the World Rally Championship, Grönholm moved to Ford for the 2006 season and placed second in the drivers' world championship, losing out to Sébastien Loeb by one point. Reinis Nitišs (born 16 December 1995) is a rallycross driver from Jēkabpils, Latvia. He is the winner of the Super1600 division in the European Rallycross Championship in 2013 and is the youngest event winner in FIA World Rallycross Championship history. Biography Early career Nitišs started racing go-karts at the age of seven and was quickly successful having won multiple Latvian national titles and the Baltic series by 13. He moved into rallycross and dominated the Baltic and NEZ championships before moving into the European Super1600 category in 2012. Sébastien Loeb (; born 26 February 1974) is a French professional rally, racing and rallycross driver. He is the most successful driver in the World Rally Championship (WRC), having won the world championship a record nine times in a row.
