ZGS Communications
ZGS Communications, also referred to as the ZGS Group or ZGS Broadcasting, was a television and radio station operator in the United States, based in Arlington, Virginia. The company operated 11 stations: 10 television stations and one radio station. All of their television stations and one radio station broadcast in Spanish. On December 4, 2017, NBCUniversal's Telemundo Station Group announced its purchase of ZGS' 10 television stations. The sale was completed in early 2018. Two of the stations (WRIW-CD and WZGS-CD) were filed separately, as ZGS were negotiating channel sharing agreements at the time of the sale. Sunday Night With Megyn Kelly
''Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly'' was an American television newsmagazine hosted by journalist and former attorney Megyn Kelly. The series premiered on NBC on June 4, 2017, as Kelly's first NBC News program since her departure to the division from Fox News. It initially ran over the summer. The series was announced in 2018 as returning sporadically until the beginning of NFL season, as opposed to being weekly but never returned. Kelly terminated her contract with NBC in January 2019. Premiering on September 25, 2017, it replaced ''Today's Take'' as the third hour of NBC's national morning show ''Today''. ''The Kelly File'' was an American news television program hosted by journalist and former attorney Megyn Kelly on the Fox News Channel. The program was a spinoff of ''The O'Reilly Factor'', and focused on late-breaking stories in a live format as well as news analysis and in-depth investigative reports interspersed with newsmaker interviews. The program aired Monday through Friday live from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm ET. It was rebroadcast from 12:00 am to 1:00 am ET, however in the event of a breaking news story, the 12:00 am rebroadcast was replaced with an additional live show. A pre-recorded Sunday edition also aired, featuring the top story of the week. On January 3, 2017, it was announced Kelly would be leaving the network to move over to NBC News.
