The Football NSW 2017 season was the fifth season of football in New South Wales under the banner of the National Premier Leagues. The competition consisted of four divisions across the state of New South Wales. The Premiers of the NPL NSW Men's 1 qualified for the national finals, playing-off to decide the champion of the 2017 National Premier Leagues. Football New South Wales
Football NSW is the governing body for association football, soccer in the Australian state of New South Wales, with the exception of the northern regions of NSW (the governing body for which is Northern New South Wales Football). Football NSW is a member of the national governing body, Football Australia. Football NSW's premier football competition is the National Premier Leagues NSW. Yūzō Tashiro
is a former Japanese football player. He played for Japan national team. Playing career He was educated at and played for Fukuoka University Ohori High School and Fukuoka University. When he was at the university, he was a member of the Japan team that won the 22nd Universiade football competition hosted by Daegu, South Korea. He was chosen as one of the Designated Players for Development by J1 League and JFA in 2003 and 2004. Because of this status, he was able to register as an Oita Trinita player (2003) and a Sagan Tosu player (2004) while he was still eligible to play for his university club. He played one game for Oita and 10 games for Tosu. After the graduation in 2005, he joined Kasima Antlers. He became a regular in the 2006 season for the club. Alec Urosevski ( mk, Алек Урошевски, ''Alec Uroševski'', born 15 February 1994) is an Australian footballer who plays as a striker for Rockdale Ilinden. Club career Sydney FC In 2012, Urosevski made his debut for Rockdale City Suns FC team in NPL NSW. In the following year he joined with Sydney FC He made his A-League debut for Sydney FC against Central Coast Mariners coming on as a substitute. Joey Gibbs
Joseph "Joey" Arthur Gibbs (born 13 June 1992) is an Australian football (soccer) player who plays for Keflavík. Career Gibbs made his senior A-League debut as a substitute for Sydney FC in the 2010 Grand Final against the Melbourne Victory. He was the youngest player to play in an A-League grand final. It was reported that he had signed for Olympic Charleroi in the Belgian Third Division B. Panagiotis "Panny" Nikas (born 27 July 1988) is a former Australian footballer. Club career Penrith Nepean United Whilst at the club during 2008, Nikas played 13 games scoring 3 goals. Sutherland Sharks In 2009, he signed a contract with Sutherland Sharks. Playing 25 games and scoring 14 times. Whilst playing for the Sutherland Sharks, Nikas was selected in the TeleChoice 2009 NSW Premier League season All-Star team. The NSW League One Men is an Australian semi-professional association football league comprising teams from New South Wales. The league sits at Level 2 on the New South Wales league system, behind the National Premier Leagues NSW, (Level 3 of the overall Australian league system). The competition is administered by Football NSW, the governing body of the sport in the southern region of the state (the northern region governed by Northern NSW Football). Prior to 2013, the league was formerly known as the NSW Super League and in 2022 seasons onwards, the league name change again from National Premier Leagues NSW 2 to NSW League One. Sydney FC Youth
Sydney Football Club Youth is the youth system of Sydney Football Club based in Moore Park, Sydney, Australia. The team referred to as Sydney Youth play in the Y-League (November to February) and consists of u23 players, the highest level of youth soccer in Australia. The club also competes in the National Premier Leagues NSW (March to August), the top competition of Football in NSW, however this team is known as Sydney U21, and is not to be confused with Sydney Youth which is a completely different team, involving different team selection and age group. Sutherland Sharks Football Club is an Australian Association football club based in the suburb of Sutherland in Sydney New South Wales. The club currently competes in the National Premier Leagues NSW. The club's home games are played at Seymour Shaw Park, located in the southern Sydney suburb of Miranda.
