2017 Davis Cup Europe Zone Group III
The Europe Zone was one of the four zones within Group 3 of the regional Davis Cup competition in 2017. The zone's competition was held in round robin format in Sozopol, Bulgaria, in April 2017. The two winning groups advanced to Europe/Africa Zone Group II in 2018. Sozopol
Sozopol ( bg, Созопол , el, Σωζόπολη, translit=Sozopoli) is an ancient seaside town located 35 km south of Burgas on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. Today it is one of the major seaside resorts in the country, known for the ''Apollonia'' art and film festival (which takes place in early September) that is named after one of the town's ancient names.
