The 2017 China Amateur Football League season, also known as Shan Lin Financial China Amateur Football League for sponsorship reasons, was the 16th season since its establishment in 2002. It is the highest amateur association football league in PR China with some semi-professional clubs. 50 clubs were qualified for the second round. The Chinese Football Association Member Association Champions League (Simplified Chinese: 中国足球协会会员协会冠军联赛), or CMCL, former known as Chinese Football Association Bing League (中国足球协会丙级联赛) (before 2006) and Chinese Football Association Amateur League (中国足球协会业余联赛) (2006–2017), is the fourth-tier football league of the People's Republic of China. Heilongjiang Crane City Football Club () is an amateur Chinese football club. The team is based in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang. They played at the 15,000-capacity Hecheng Stadium in Qiqihar. History Qiqihaer Northern Wolf Football Club was established in 2008. In 2013, it was taken over and renamed Qiqihaer Zhongjian Bituminous Concrete F.C. In 2017, they participated in the 2017 China Amateur Football League, and achieved 3rd place---a place eligible for promotion to China League Two, after beating Zhaoqing Hengtai by a total score of 3-2. The club then changed its name to Qiqihaer Hecheng Yiyang F.C. However, they were eventually denied promotion. Qinghai (; alternately romanized as Tsinghai, Ch'inghai), also known as Kokonor, is a landlocked province in the northwest of the People's Republic of China.
