2017 ACC Championship Game
The 2017 ACC Championship Game was played on December 2, 2017. It was the 13th annual ACC Football Conference Championship Game to determine the 2017 champion of the Atlantic Coast Conference. Bank of America Stadium is a 74,867-seat football stadium located on in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. Deon Cain (born August 9, 1996) is an American football wide receiver who is a free agent. He played college football at Clemson. Early years Cain attended Tampa Bay Technical High School in Tampa, Florida. He played quarterback for the high school football team. Travis Etienne Jr. (born January 26, 1999) is an American football running back for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). John Swofford
John Douglas Swofford is an American former college athletics administrator. He served as the athletic director at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1980 to 1997 and as the commissioner of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) from 1997 to 2021. Early life and education Swofford was born on December 6, 1948, in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. While at Wilkes Central High School, he played as a quarterback for the Wilkes Central Eagles football team and was twice selected to the all-state football team. Public Facilities Privacy & Security Act
The Public Facilities Privacy & Security Act, commonly known as House Bill 2 or HB2, was a North Carolina statute passed in March 2016 and signed into law by Governor Pat McCrory. The bill amended state law to preempt any anti-discrimination ordinances passed by local communities and, controversially, compelled schools and state and local government facilities containing single-gender washrooms to only allow people of the corresponding sex as listed on their birth certificate to use them; it also gave the state exclusive rights to determine the minimum wage.
