2016–17 National T20 Cup
The 2016–17 Cool & Cool Present Jazz National T20 Cup was a Twenty20 domestic cricket competition held in Multan, Pakistan. It took place from 25 August to 16 September 2016, with eight teams competing instead of 18 in previous years. It was the thirteenth season of the National Twenty20 Cup in Pakistan. Karachi Blues won the tournament, beating Karachi Whites by 3 runs in the final. However, they were not invited to defend their title the following year. Pakistan Cricket Board
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is a sports governing body for cricket in Pakistan responsible for controlling and organising all tours and matches undertaken by the Pakistan national cricket team. A member of the International Cricket Council since 1952, it represents the country's men's and women's national teams in international cricket tournaments played under the ICC. Following the establishment of Pakistan as an independent dominion of the British Empire in 1947, professional and amateur cricket commenced in the same year, seeing as local infrastructure had already been established when the country was part of the British Raj. Cricket matches were arranged informally until 1948, when a Board of Control was formally instituted. Fawad Alam
Fawad Tariq Alam (Urdu: فواد عالم, born 8 October 1985) is a Pakistani cricketer and actor who plays for Sindh and the Pakistan national cricket team. He made his international debut for Pakistan in May 2007. He returned to Pakistan's Test team after a gap of 88 Tests and more than 10 years, this being the second longest gap by a Pakistani in Test cricket after Younis Ahmed's 104 Tests gap. Mohammad Shahzaib Hasan Khan ( ur, ), (born 25 December 1989) is a Pakistani cricketer who has been banned for four years, for his involvement in spot-fixing. Previously, he played domestic cricket for Karachi Zebras, making his debut with them in the 2008–09 season. Usama Mir (born 23 December 1995) is a Pakistani cricketer who plays as a leg-spiner for Central Punjab in domestic cricket. He has recently joined Colwyn Bay Cricket Club in the North of Wales.
