2016–17 Liga Nacional De Básquet Season
The 2016–17 Liga Nacional de Básquet season was the 33rd season of the top professional basketball league in Argentina. The regular season started on 22 September 2016. San Lorenzo won their second title in a row, defeating Regatas Corrientes in the finals. Relegation and promotion Torneo Nacional de Ascenso Champions Hispano Americano covered the berth left by Juventud Sionista, who lost the relegation playoffs against Lanús. Lanús, however, withdrew from the League due to financial difficulties and sold its spot. The berth was purchased by Atlético Echagüe, who would be relegated at the end of the season after losing the relegation series against Boca Juniors. Club Ciclista Olímpico La Banda, also known as simply Ciclista Olímpico, is an Argentine sports club based in La Banda, Santiago del Estero. Estadio Luis Conde
The Estadio Luis Conde (also known as ''La Bombonerita'', honoring famous Boca Juniors association football, football stadium, La Bombonera) is an arena, indoor arena located in La Boca, Buenos Aires. Owned by Boca Juniors, C.A. Boca Juniors, the stadium is the home venue for club's Boca Juniors (basketball), basketball and volleyball teams, that compete at the Liga Nacional de Básquet, LNB and Serie A1, respectively. Overview The arena, opened in June 1996, has a capacity for 2,400 people. Boca Juniors played its local games there during the 2002-03, 2003–04, 2004-04 and 2006-07 LNB finals. The Luis Conde stadium was also used by Club San Martín de Corrientes, San Martín de Corrientes when the team played the Torneo Nacional de Ascenso finals in 2012-13 because of the Corrientes venue had been closed.
