2016 Stabæk Fotball Season
The 2016 season is Stabæk's third season back in the Tippeligaen following their relegation in 2012, their 20th season in the top flight of Norwegian football. Stabæk finished the previous season in third place, qualifying for the 2016–17 UEFA Europa League First qualifying round. Stabæk Fotball
Stabæk Fotball is a Norwegian professional football club based in Bærum, a suburb of Oslo. It is part of the multi-sport organization Stabæk IF. Founded in 1912, the club's name is an archaic spelling of the suburban area Stabekk, from which it once originated. The club currently competes in the Norwegian First Division, the second tier of Football in Norway. Their home stadium is the Nadderud Stadion after a three-year-long stay at the Telenor Arena. Their current chairman is Espen Moe. Lars Bohinen is the current head coach of the club since taking over on 18 August 2022. Morten Skjønsberg
Morten Morisbak Skjønsberg (born 12 February 1983) is a Norwegian former footballer. As a player Skjønsberg was a versatile defender who played anywhere across the back line. In the early years of his career, he usually played at right-back, but was later converted to central defender. Career Club career Skjønsberg made his debut for Stabæk in 2002. By the end of the 2007 season, he had played 114 league games for the club. On 3 August 2008, he scored his first league goal for Stabæk, against Bodø/Glimt. On 10 January 2012 he transferred to Swedish club IFK Norrköping. He came back to Stabæk in 2014 and was an important part of the team until he retired after the 2017 season. Simen Lillevik Kjellevold (born 7 November 1994) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Åsane. Career Hailing from Innvik, he started his youth career in Vikane IL and was promoted into the senior team (on the seventh tier) for the 2010 season. In 2012 he joined local spearheads Stryn TIL. Gurpreet Singh Sandhu (born 3 February 1992) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Indian Super League club Bengaluru and the India national team. Daniel Granli
Daniel Fredrik Granli (born 1 May 1994) is a Norwegian footballer who plays for Dutch club ADO Den Haag. Historically a right back, since 2018 he is mainly a centre-back. Career Club career He is a son of former goalkeeper Espen Granli, and hails from Lier. After starting his youth career in Lier he went on to Bærum and Stabæk. Jeppe Arctander Moe (born 3 August 1995) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Eliteserien side Aalesund. Jeppe Arctander Moe began his career in his local club Fossum IF but later got picked up by Stabæk at the age of 13.
