The 2016 Slovak Cup final decided the winner of the 2015–16 Slovak Cup, the 47th season of Slovakia's main football cup. It was played on 29 April 2016 at the Štadión Antona Malatinského in Trnava, between ŠK Slovan Bratislava and FK AS Trenčín. AS Trenčín defeated ŠK Slovan Bratislava 3-1. František Kubík
František Kubík (born 14 March 1989) is a Slovak footballer who plays as a winger or left back for an amateur side OFK Lehota pod Vtáčnikom. Club career Kubík started his career in hometown club HFK Prievidza. In winter 2008, he moved to the Second Division club AS Trenčín. Joeri de Kamps (born 10 February 1992) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Polish Ekstraklasa club Lechia Gdańsk. Kornel Saláta (; hu, Saláta Kornél; born 24 January 1985) is a Slovak professional football who plays as a centre-back for MSO Štúrovo. Stefan Maierhofer (born 16 August 1982) is an Austrian professional footballer who plays as a striker. Currently a free agent, he last played for Würzburger Kickers.
