The 2016 Polish Speedway season was the 2016 season of motorcycle speedway in Poland. Individual Polish Individual Speedway Championship The 2016 Individual Speedway Polish Championship final was held on 1 July at Leszno. Patryk Dudek won the Polish Championship. Golden Helmet The 2016 Golden Golden Helmet ( pl, Turniej o Złoty Kask, ZK) organised by the Polish Motor Union (PZM) was the 2016 event for the league's leading riders. The final was held at Tarnów on the 25 April. Patryk Dudek won the Golden Helmet. The 2015 Polish Speedway season was the 2015 season of motorcycle speedway in Poland. Individual Polish Individual Speedway Championship The 2015 Individual Speedway Polish Championship final was held on 5 July at Gorzów. Maciej Janowski won the Polish Championship for the first time. Golden Helmet The 2015 Golden Golden Helmet ( pl, Turniej o Złoty Kask, ZK) organised by the Polish Motor Union (PZM) was the 2015 event for the league's leading riders. The final was held at Lublin on the 12 April. Przemysław Pawlicki won the Golden Helmet for the second consecutive year. Kacper Gomólski
Kacper Gomólski (; born 2 March 1993 in Gniezno, Poland) is a Polish motorcycle speedway rider. Career Gomólski, the younger brother of fellow Speedway rider Adrian Gomólski and son of Jacek Gomólski began his Polish Speedway career in 2008, racing for hometown club Start Gniezno who he rode for until 2011. Before moving to Unia Tarnów and his now current club Unibax Toruń. He was given his first opportunity in British Speedway by the Peterborough Panthers, before moving to the Swindon Robins at the age of just 19. He endured a tough season at Swindon and he found himself without a club in the Britain for the 2014 season. Sebastian Ułamek
Sebastian Ułamek (born 20 November 1975) is a former motorcycle speedway rider from Poland. He was a European individual Champion. Career Ułamek rode in the Polish leagues for his home club Włókniarz Częstochowa from 1992 until 1998 and then Gdańsk from 1999 to 2000 (the 2000 season was in the Ekstraliga). He began to establish himself as one of the leading riders and participated in his first Grand Prix series during the 1998 Speedway Grand Prix season. He made his British league debut in 2000, when riding several times for Wolverhampton Wolves before returning to Poland to ride for Wrocław. On 12 August 2001 he won the Continental Final, which formed part of the 2002 Speedway Grand Prix Qualification. He aslso won a silver medal with Poland at the 2001 Speedway World Cup. Damian Baliński
Damian Baliński (born 5 August 1977, in Poland) is an international motorcycle speedway rider and a current member of Poland national team. He has ridden since 1994 with Unia Leszno. His older brother Dariusz and his son Damian Jr. (Damian's nephew; b. 1989) are also speedway riders. Baliński is married to Aneta. They have two sons, Mikołaj and Filip (b. 2009). Piotr Protasiewicz (born 25 January 1975 in Zielona Góra, Poland) is a Polish international speedway rider. Career He has ridden for the Polish national team in the Speedway World Cup in 1996 and 2005. He was also World U-21 Champion in 1996. In October 1997, during the Speedway Grand Prix Qualification he won the GP Challenge, which ensured that he claimed a permanent slot for the 1998 Grand Prix. Maksym Drabik (born 22 February 1998) is an international speedway rider from Poland. Speedway career Drabik won the gold medal at the World Under-21 Championship in the 2017 Individual Speedway Junior World Championship and the 2019 Individual Speedway Junior World Championship. Krzysztof Kasprzak (; born 18 July 1984 in Leszno, Poland) is an international speedway rider who became World Under-21 Champion in 2005 and won the silver medal during the 2014 Speedway Grand Prix.
