2016 OEC Kaohsiung
The 2016 OEC Kaohsiung was a professional tennis tournament played on hard courts. It was the fifth edition of the tournament which was part of the 2016 ATP Challenger Tour. Hardcourt
A hardcourt (or hard court) is a surface or floor on which a sport is played, most usually in reference to tennis courts. It is typically made of rigid materials such as asphalt or concrete, and covered with acrylic resins to seal the surface and mark the playing lines, while providing some cushioning. Historically, hardwood surfaces were also in use in indoor settings, similar to an indoor basketball court, but these surfaces are rare now. Tennis Tennis hard courts are made of synthetic/acrylic layers on top of a concrete or asphalt foundation and can vary in color. These courts tend to play medium-fast to fast because there is little energy absorption by the court, as with grass courts but unlike clay courts. Jozef Kovalík
Jozef Kovalík (; born 4 November 1992) is a Slovak tennis player playing mostly on the ATP Challenger Tour. Career 2010-2014 Kovalík together with Filip Horanský won bronze medal in doubles at 2010 Summer Youth Olympics. He won his first title on 17 August 2014, after beating second seed Andrey Kuznetsov. He became the fourth player to win an ATP Challenger title while ranked outside the top 300. 2016 He played his first match at ATP level on 5 January 2016 in Chennai, where he lost in the first round. He played his first match at a Grand Slam on 18 January 2016 at the Australian Open, where he lost to fellow qualifier Marco Trungelliti in the first round. Hsieh Cheng-peng
Hsieh Cheng-peng (; born 22 September 1991) is an inactive tennis player from Taiwan. Alongside Yang Tsung-hua he won the 2008 Wimbledon Championships – Boys' doubles title. He won the 2009 US Open – Boys' doubles with Márton Fucsovics, as well as the 2008 Australian Open – Boys' doubles title with Yang Tsung-hua and the 2009 Australian Open – Boys' doubles title with Francis Casey Alcantara. Lee Duck-hee
Lee Duck-hee (이덕희; born 29 May 1998) is a South Korean professional tennis player. He has won 10 titles on the ITF Junior Circuit as a teenager, including Grade 2 tournaments in Nanjing and Sarawak. Personal life Lee was born deaf. On the tennis court, he can hear vibrations, but must rely on hand gestures to pick up line calls and the umpire. Hyeon Chung
Chung Hyeon (; ; born 19 May 1996) is a South Korean professional tennis player. He is the 2017 Next Gen Finals champion. As an unseeded player, he became the first Korean player to reach a Grand Slam semifinal at the 2018 Australian Open. Junior career Chung took up tennis as a way to try to help maintain his eyesight after requiring glasses at a young age. He won the Eddie Herr International and Junior Orange Bowl Boys under-12s titles in December 2008, and was subsequently signed, along with his brother Chung Hong, to the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy at IMG in Florida. Matija Pecotić (born 3 July 1989) is a Croatian-Maltese tennis player. Pecotić has a career high ATP singles ranking of 206 achieved on 23 November 2015.
