2016 Nations Cup
The 2016 Nations Cup was the inaugural edition of the Nations Cup hosted in Malacca City, Malaysia from 3 to 5 June 2016. It was organised by MP & Silva with the under-21 teams of Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand as well as the Vietnam U-19 team, participating in the tournament. All matches were held at the Hang Jebat Stadium The Hang Jebat Stadium ( ms, Stadium Hang Jebat) is a multi-purpose stadium with a capacity of 40,000 people in Krubong/ Paya Rumput, Malacca, Malaysia. It was completed in September 2004 and named after a Malacca Sultanate Laksamana, Hang Je .... Thailand won the title by defeating hosts Malaysia 2–1 in the final. Adam Bin Swandi (born 12 January 1996) is a Singaporean professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Singapore Premier League club Lion City Sailors and the Singapore national team. Personal life Adam was born to father Swandi Kitto and mother Hamidah Dasuki in 1996. His father was a former Singapore international striker in the 1980s.
