The 9th NACAC Under-23 Championships in Athletics were held at Estadio Jorge "Mágico" González, Jorge "El Magico" Gonzalez National Stadium in San Salvador, El Salvador from July 15–17, 2016. Reynier Mena Berenguer (born 21 November 1996) is a Cuban sprinter. He competed in the 200 metres at the 2015 World Championships and 2016 Olympics.
