Manipur State League
The Manipur State League, also known as Manipur Premier League, has been organised since 2006 by the All Manipur Football Association under the Vision India program with guidance from the AFC and the AIFF. It is the highest state-level football competition in the state of Manipur. History The league is a 17-team affair which is usually played on a home-and-away format over a period of several months. 2021 Manipur State League
The 2021 Manipur State League is the 14th season of the Manipur State League, the top-division football league in the Indian state of Manipur.The league began on 22 March 2021 and was postponed on 19 April 2021 due to Corona virus pandemic. A total number of 17 teams participated in the league. Teams were divided into two groups A and B. The remaining matches were first postponed by the AMFA amidst the pandemic following the guidelines. All the remaining matches will be resumed in the first week of October. Khuman Lampak Main Stadium
The Khuman Lampak Main Stadium is a multi-use stadium located in Imphal, Manipur, India. It is used mostly for football and athletics, and host matches of Manipur State League. The stadium holds 35,285 people and was built in 1999. This stadium lies inside the Khuman Lampak Sports Complex. Lalit Thapa
Lalit Thapa is an Indian football coach and former professional footballer who is the current goalkeeping coach of I-League side Mohammedan SC. Club career Thapa joined Churchill Brothers in 2010. Thapa was critical in Churchill Brothers 2013-14 season, especially in a game against S.C. Goa and the 3-1 win in the Federation's final also against Goa.
