2016 CS Nebelhorn Trophy
The 2016 CS Nebelhorn Trophy was a senior international figure skating competition held in September 2016 at the Eissportzentrum Oberstdorf. It was part of the 2016–17 ISU Challenger Series. ISU Challenger Series
The ISU Challenger Series is a series of international figure skating competitions. Established by the International Skating Union in the 2014–15 season, it is a group of senior-level events ranked below the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Each event consists of at least three disciplines out of four ( men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing), and is required to take place between August 1 and December 15. The ISU Challenger Series Synchronized Skating is a separate competition series in the discipline of synchronized skating. History The ISU Council decided to create the series at its February 2014 meeting. Eleven competitions were selected in June 2014. The Triglav Trophy dropped out by October 10, 2014, resulting in a series composed of ten events. Brooklee Han
Brooklee Han (born July 6, 1995) is an American-Australian retired figure skater who represented Australia in ladies' singles. She is the 2018 CS Alpen Trophy bronze medalist, the 2013 Volvo Open Cup champion, the 2013 Australian national champion, and a five-time Australian national silver medalist (2012, 2014–2018). She placed 20th at the 2014 Winter Olympics. Personal life Brooklee Han was born in Beverly, Massachusetts. In 2013, she graduated from Joel Barlow High School in Redding, Connecticut. Later that year, she became a part-time student at Wesleyan University. She studied international relations and German before taking a leave of absence in 2016 in order to train in Texas. Elizaveta Ukolova (russian: Елизавета Уколова; born 12 March 1998) is a Czech figure skater. She has won three senior international medals and is a two-time Czech national silver medalist.
