The league is operated by the Vojvodina FA(FSV). 16 teams competed in the league for the 2015–16 season. Winner was be promoted to the 2016–17 Serbian First League. Novi Banovci () is a settlement in Serbia by the Danube River. It is situated in the Stara Pazova municipality, in the Srem District, in Vojvodina province. It is located 5 kilometers away from Batajnica and 20 km from the capital, Belgrade. Novi Banovci is situated on the Belgrade-Novi Sad route. Odžaci ( sr-cyrl, Оџаци, ; hu, Hódság) is a town and municipality located in the West Bačka District of the autonomous province of Vojvodina, Serbia. Padina (; ) is a village in Serbia in the municipality of Kovačica. Majority of the population are Slovaks (96.78%). Geography and climate Padina lies in the middle of South Banat, at the border of Deliblato's shoal, on 52.75 km2, and in a southeast-northwest course. Geographical width of village is 45°7' N and 20°44' E. Altitude is between 105 and 120 meters above sea level (the church is on 111 m). Its name means ''slope'' or ''downhill''. Stari Banovci ( sr-cyr, Стари Бановци) is a suburban settlement in Serbia. It is located in the Stara Pazova municipality, in the region of Syrmia (Syrmia District), Vojvodina province. Stari Banovci, Banovci-Dunav and Novi Banovci form together urban settlement ''Banovci''. The population of the settlement as the whole is 16,000 people (2011 census). Name The name of the settlement in Serbian is plural. History In ancient times, Roman fortress named Burgene existed at this location. The village of Banovci existed here since the 16th century, and perhaps even before that. Another two villages, Darinovci and Tusa, were situated at this location, but both were later resettled.
