The 2015–16 season was Scunthorpe United's 117th season in their existence and their second consecutive season in League One. Scunthorpe () is an Industrial city, industrial town and unparished area in the Unitary authorities of England, unitary authority of North Lincolnshire in Lincolnshire, England of which it is the main administrative centre. Hartlepool () is a seaside and port town in County Durham, England. It is the largest settlement and administrative centre of the Borough of Hartlepool. With an estimated population of 90,123, it is the second-largest settlement in County Durham. Hartlepool is locally administrated by Hartlepool Borough Council, a unitary authority which also administrates outlying villages of Seaton Carew, Greatham, Hart Village, Dalton Piercy and Elwick. Victoria Park is a football ground in Hartlepool, County Durham, England, which is the home of League Two club Hartlepool United. The four sides of the ground are known as the Town End Terrace (official capacity 1,775), the Niramax Stand (official capacity 1,617 seated and 1,832 terraced standing), the Cyril Knowles Stand (official capacity 1,599) and the Rink End (official capacity 1,033). The Town End Terrace is a standing area behind the south goal, and usually the most vocal area of the ground. Gainsborough is a market town, inland port and civil parish in the West Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. The town population was 20,842 at the 2011 census, and estimated at 23,243 in 2019. The Northolme
The Northolme (known as the Gainsborough Martin & Co. Arena for sponsorship purposes) is a football ground in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, England. It is the home ground of Gainsborough Trinity, it has a capacity of 4,304, of which 504 is seated. History The Northolme was opened in the 1850s, and was originally used as a cricket ground. Luke Anthony Williams (born 11 June 1993) is an English professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Víkingur. Williams began his career at Middlesbrough where he started out as a striker. Andrew Boyce (born 5 November 1989) is an English footballer who plays as a defender for side Scunthorpe United. Having come through the youth academy at Doncaster Rovers, Boyce has played professionally for Lincoln City, Scunthorpe United, Notts County, Hartlepool United and Grimsby Town and semi-professionally for Gainsborough Trinity, Worksop Town, King's Lynn and Eastleigh.
