2015–16 Portland Trail Blazers Season
The 2015–16 Portland Trail Blazers season was the franchise's 46th season in the National Basketball Association (NBA). In the First Round of the Playoffs, the Blazers defeated the injury depleted Los Angeles Clippers in six games. However, their season ended in the next round with a defeat to the defending NBA champion and eventual Western Conference champion Golden State Warriors in five games. This was the Blazers' first season since 2005-06 without LaMarcus Aldridge as he joined the San Antonio Spurs during the summer. Terry Stotts
Terry Linn Stotts (born November 25, 1957) is an American professional basketball coach and former player. He most recently served as head coach of the Portland Trail Blazers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). After a playing as a forward in Europe and the Continental Basketball Association (CBA), where he was coached by George Karl, Stotts became a part of Karl's coaching staff on multiple teams in the CBA and NBA. He later got opportunities as a head coach for the Atlanta Hawks and Milwaukee Bucks, before helping the Dallas Mavericks win the 2011 NBA championship as an assistant coach. The Arizona Wildcats men's basketball team is the intercollegiate men's basketball program representing the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Christian James McCollum (born September 19, 1991) is an American professional basketball player for the New Orleans Pelicans of the National Basketball Association (NBA). During his third year in the league in 2015–16, he was named the NBA Most Improved Player. McCollum played college basketball for the Lehigh Mountain Hawks and was named the Patriot League Player of the Year in both 2010 and 2012. Tim Frazier
Tim Frazier (born November 1, 1990) is an American professional basketball player for AEK Athens of the Greek Basket League and the Basketball Champions League. Frazier played high school basketball for Strake Jesuit College Preparatory and competed at the collegiate level with Penn State as a point guard. He earned various accolades with Penn State, including first-team All-Big Ten and All-Big Ten Defensive team honors, both as a junior in 2012. Frazier suffered an injury in his fourth year with the team, forcing him to redshirt the season. Edward Adam Davis (born June 5, 1989) is an American professional basketball player for Mets de Guaynabo of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). He played high school basketball at Benedictine High School in Richmond, Virginia. He is the son of former NBA player Terry Davis. He was selected with the 13th overall pick in the 2010 NBA draft by the Toronto Raptors. Noah Vonleh (born August 24, 1995) is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Indiana Hoosiers.
