2015–16 Indiana Pacers Season
The 2015–16 Indiana Pacers season was Indiana's 49th season as a franchise and 40th season in the NBA. With a healthy Paul George returning to form, the Pacers clinched a playoff spot after defeating the Brooklyn Nets on April 10. The victory eliminated the Chicago Bulls from playoff contention. The Pacers finished the regular season with a record of 45–37, which would earn them the seventh seed in the East. Frank Vogel
Frank Paul Vogel (born June 21, 1973) is an American professional basketball coach. He previously served as the head coach for the Los Angeles Lakers, Orlando Magic and Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Vogel also previously served as an assistant coach of the Pacers, Philadelphia 76ers and Boston Celtics. He coached the Lakers to an NBA championship in 2020. Early years Vogel grew up in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. During his eighth grade year, he was featured in an episode of '' Late Night with David Letterman'' during the Stupid Human Tricks segment, in which he spun a basketball on a toothbrush while brushing his teeth. Oregon Ducks Men's Basketball
The Oregon Ducks men's basketball team is an intercollegiate basketball program that competes in the NCAA Division I and is a member of the Pac-12 Conference, representing the University of Oregon. George Hill (basketball)
George Jesse Hill Jr. (born May 4, 1986) is an American professional basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). While playing for Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) he received many honors, including Summit League Player of the Year and was an honorable mention All-American his junior season. Hill was selected 26th overall by the San Antonio Spurs in the 2008 NBA draft and would spend three seasons with the team before being traded to the Indiana Pacers in June 2011. He spent five seasons in Indiana and was dealt to the Utah Jazz in July 2016. Shayne Whittington
Shayne Mitchell Whittington (born March 27, 1991) is a former American-Macedonian professional basketball player who currently serves as an assistant coach for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He also represents North Macedonia in the international competitions. He played college basketball for Western Michigan University. High school career Whittington attended Lawrence High School in Lawrence, Michigan. Glenn Alan Robinson III (born January 8, 1994) is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Sacramento Kings of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Lavoy Allen (born February 4, 1989) is an American retired professional basketball player. He was selected in the second round, 50th overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft by the Philadelphia 76ers. Allen is the son of a truck driver, and did not play much basketball until eighth grade. He attended Pennsbury High School, where he was coached by Oliver Aaron. The New Orleans Pelicans are an American professional basketball team based in New Orleans. The NBA G League, or simply the G League, is the National Basketball Association's (NBA) official minor league basketball organization. The league was known as the National Basketball Development League (NBDL) from 2001 to 2005, and the NBA Development League (NBA D-League) from 2005 until 2017. Nate McMillan
Nathaniel McMillan (born August 3, 1964) is an American basketball coach and former player who serves as head coach of the Atlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Ronald Jerome "Popeye" Jones (born June 17, 1970) is an American professional basketball coach and former player who serves as an assistant coach for the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
