2015 Sun Bowl
The 2015 Sun Bowl was a post-season American college football bowl game played on December 26, 2015 at the Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, Texas. Played under snowy conditions, it marked the first time the game was played in snowy weather since the 1987 Christmas Day game with West Virginia and Oklahoma State. The 82nd edition of the Sun Bowl featured the 2015 Miami Hurricanes football team, Miami Hurricanes of the Atlantic Coast Conference against the 2015 Washington State Cougars football team, Washington State Cougars of the Pac-12 Conference. 2001 Washington State Cougars Football Team
The 2001 Washington State Cougars football team represented Washington State University as a member of the Pacific-10 Conference during the 2001 NCAA Division I-A football season. The team was led by 12th-year head coach Mike Price and played its home games on campus at Martin Stadium in Pullman, Washington. The Washington State Cougars (known informally as the Cougs) are the athletic teams that represent Washington State University.
