The Russian National Freestyle Wrestling Championships 2015 (World Team Trials) were held in Kaspiysk, Dagestan, Russia in the Ali Aliyev Center, from 8–10 May 2015. Kaspiysk
Kaspiysk (russian: Каспи́йск; lbe, Ккасппи; av, Каспиялъухъ) is a city in the Republic of Dagestan, Russia, located on the Caspian Sea, southeast of Makhachkala. The 2010 Russian census recorded the city as being the fourth-largest in Dagestan. It is a working-class satellite city to Makhachkala. Climate Kaspiysk has a cold semi-arid climate (Köppen climate classification: ''BSk''). History The city is one of the newer urban centers in Dagestan. It began in 1932 as a worker's encampment, servicing the needs of the nearby naval diesel engine manufacturer, Dagdizel. At the time, it was called ''Dvigatelstroy'' (), based upon the Russian word for "engine". During World War II, the site saw much growth due to the war effort, and became a center for major arms producers. Gadzhimurad Gazigandovich Rashidov ( rus, Гаджимурад Газигандович Рашидов, , ɡəd͡ʐʐɨmʊˈrat rɐˈʂɨdəf, Dargin: Гъазиганла урши ХӀяжимурад; born 30 October 1995) is a Russian freestyle wrestler who competes at 65 kilograms. He is the 2019 World Champion (finalist in 2017 and 2018) and the 2020 and three-time Russian National Champion. 2020 Summer Olympics bronze medalist at 65 kg. Abdusalam Mamatkhanovich Gadisov (born 26 March 1989) is a Russian freestyle wrestler. He competed in the freestyle 96 kg event at the 2012 Summer Olympics; after defeating Taimuraz Tigiyev in the qualification round, he was eliminated by Reza Yazdani in the 1/8 finals. In 2014 he became World freestyle wrestling champion at the 97 kg division, and was the runner-up in 2015. At the national level, he became Russian national champion in 2012. Anzor Suadinovich Urishev (russian: Анзор Суадинович Уришев; born January 23, 1987) is a male Kabardin-Russian wrestler, who competed for the men's freestyle 84 kg at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Magomedrasul Mukhtarovich Gazimagomedov (russian: Магомедрасул Мухтарович Газимагомедов; born April 8, 1991, in Dagestan) is a Russian freestyle wrestler of Tindian descent. He is two time World Champion and a Grand Master of Sports in freestyle wrestling. Nationally, Gazimagomedov won the Russian National Freestyle Wrestling Championships 2015.
