Nashville Municipal Auditorium
The Nashville Municipal Auditorium is an indoor sports and concert venue in Nashville, Tennessee. It opened October 7, 1962 with both an arena and exhibition hall. The former exhibition hall has been permanent home to the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum since 2013. Columbus Civic Center
Columbus Civic Center is a 10,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Columbus, Georgia, built in 1996. History The arena was built in 1996, along with a Softball Complex, to fully complete South Commons (an area consisting of a baseball and football stadium, and a skateboard park). The venue replaced the Municipal Auditorium, which was constructed in 1955. Events The Columbus Civic Center is home to the Columbus Lions indoor football team and the Columbus River Dragons professional ice hockey team. Kenny Veal
Kenny Leon Veal, Jr. (born May 26, 1989) is an American football defensive back who is currently a free agent. He played college football at Thomas More College in Kentucky and attended Hamilton High School in Hamilton, Ohio. He has also been a member of the Nashville Venom, Cleveland Gladiators, Wichita Falls Nighthawks and Green Bay Blizzard. Early life Veal attended Hamilton High School. He was selected to play in the Big 33 Football Classic. College career Veal played for the Toledo Rockets from 2008 to 2009 and helped the Rockets to 8 wins. Veal played in 22 games with the Rockets and started 5 at cornerback. In 2010, Veal transferred to Grand Valley State where he redshirted as a junior. Richmond Coliseum is a defunct arena located in downtown Richmond, Virginia, with a capacity of 13,500 that was most often used for various large concerts. The arena opened in 1971 and the region is looking to replace the aging facility with a larger one. The 2015 Marion Blue Racers season was the fifth season for the indoor football franchise, and their first in the X-League Indoor Football. On October 22, 2014, the Blue Racers announced that former Kentucky Drillers owner and coach, Rick Kranz would be the team's head coach for the 2015 season. After a 2–2 start to the season, Owner LaMonte Coleman fired Kranz, and named himself the teams interim head coach. The Racers finished the season 5–3, but in a 4-way tie for 3rd place, causing the Blue Racers to miss the playoffs.
