2015 Inter-Provincial Cup
The 2015 Inter-Provincial Cup was the third edition of the Inter-Provincial Cup, a One Day cricket competition played in Ireland. It was held from 4 May to 30 August 2015. Cricket Ireland, officially the Irish Cricket Union, is the national governing body for cricket on the island of Ireland (both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland), and oversees the national men's and women's cricket teams. Gary Kidd
Gary Edward Kidd (born 18 September 1985) is an Irish cricketer. He is a left-handed batsman and a left-arm slow bowler. He participated in the 2004 and 2006 Under-19 World Cups for Ireland. Youth career (2004–2006) Kidd played domestic cricket for Waringstown Cricket Club. He played for Ireland in the 2004 Under-19 Cricket World Cup in Bangladesh. He played all seven matches for Ireland and was Ireland's most economical regular bowler, bowling more overs than any other Irish bowler during the tournament. He took 8 wickets at an average of 26.37 and only conceded 3.47 runs per over. As a result of this form he was called up to make his debut for Ireland's senior team against Marylebone Cricket Club in June 2004 despite still being a schoolboy. John Anderson (Irish Cricketer)
John Anderson (born 6 October 1982) is a former Irish cricketer. Anderson is a right-handed opening batsman who bowls right-arm off spin. Early career (2002–2013) Anderson made his first-class debut for KwaZulu-Natal against Griqualand West in October 2002. Anderson later moved to Ireland, where he played for Merrion Cricket Club. In 2012 Anderson was included in an Ireland A squad for a tour of England in April and May. Observatory Lane
Observatory Lane is a cricket ground in Rathmines, Dublin, Ireland. History Leinster Cricket Club was founded in 1852, originally playing matches at nearby Grosvenor Square, before moving to Observatory Lane in 1865. The Ireland rugby union team played their first home match at Observatory Lane in 1875 against England, after Lansdowne Road was deemed unsuitable. First-class cricket was first played at Observatory Lane in 1912 when Ireland played Scotland. The ground hosted six first-class matches before World War II, including a match between Ireland and the touring New Zealanders in 1937, in which no team passed 100 in any of the four innings. Ireland played the Marylebone Cricket Club in 1948, with a 27 year wait before the next first-class match was played at the ground in 1975. Graeme McCarter
Graeme John McCarter (born 10 October 1992) is an international cricketer who represents Ireland. He played matches for the national team in 2014 and 2015 before being dropped and reselected to represent them in 2021. At domestic level, he has played for Gloucestershire County Cricket Club since 2012, having joined the club's academy in 2008. In June 2012, he signed a contract with Gloucestershire till the end of the 2014 season. He made his One Day International debut against Scotland in September 2014. Roland Black (born 22 July 1971) is a Northern Irish cricket umpire. He has been an umpire since 2006. He was added to ICC Associate and Affiliate Umpires Panel in 2016.
