2015 Individual Speedway Junior World Championship
The 2015 Individual Speedway Junior World Championship was the 39th edition of the FIM World motorcycle speedway Under-21 Championships. It was staged over three rounds, at Lonigo, Lublin and Pardubice. The competition was won by Bartosz Zmarzlik, who finished five points ahead of Denmark's Anders Thomsen, despite not winning any of the three rounds to be held. Thomsen finished second after winning a run-off with compatriot Mikkel Michelsen, who won at Lonigo and Pardubice but struggled at Lublin and was unable to catch Zmarzlik, who finished on the podium at each of the rounds. Paweł Przedpełski was the winner on home soil at Lublin. Final series Classification The meeting classification was according to the points scored during the meeting, with the total points scored by each rider during each meeting credited as ''World Championship points''. Individual Speedway Junior World Championship
The Speedway Under-21 World Championship is an annual speedway event held each year organized by the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) since 1977. As of 2022, the title was awarded to the winner of the SGP2 category at the FIM Speedway World Championship. History Between 1977 and 1987 the Championship was the called Individual Speedway Junior European Championship (European Speedway Under 21 Championship), open only to European riders. In 1979, the Championship allowed riders from other continents to compete, but was renamed to the Speedway World Under 21 Championship in 1988. A new competition was named Individual Speedway Junior European Championship was founded by the European Motorcycle Union (UEM) in 1998, only open to European competitors. 2015 Team Speedway Junior World Championship
The 2015 Team Speedway Junior World Championship was the 11th FIM Team Under-21 World Championship season. The final took place on 31 October, 2015 at the Olympic Park Speedway in Mildura, Australia, the first time it was held outside of Europe. Poland won their 8th Team Under-21 World Championship. The Poles dominated the Final, winning 15 of the 20 heats. Results In the 2015 Final the host team was Australia. The other three finalists were determined in two Semi-Finals held on 22 August. First and second places from Semi-final 1 held in Güstrow, Germany would go through to the final. The winner of Semi-final 2 held on the same day in Opole, Poland would earn the last place in the Final. Denmark won the first Semi-final from the host nation Germany, Great Britain and Finland. 2015 Speedway Grand Prix
The 2015 Speedway Grand Prix season was the 70th edition of the official World Championship and the 21st season of the Speedway Grand Prix era, deciding the FIM Speedway World Championship. It was the fifteenth series under the promotion of Benfield Sports International, an IMG company. Greg Hancock was the defending champion from 2014. Tai Woffinden won the world title, with Hancock second and Nicki Pedersen third. It was Woffinden's second title having also won in 2013. Qualification For the 2015 season there were 15 permanent riders, joined at each Grand Prix by one wild card and two track reserves. The top eight riders from the 2014 championship qualified automatically. Those riders were joined by the three riders who qualified via the Grand Prix Challenge. Aleksandr Loktaev or Oleksandr Lokatev (, born January 10, 1994) is a Ukrainian speedway rider. He represented Falubaz Zielona Góra in the 2010 Speedway Ekstraliga.
