2015 IFK Göteborg Season
The 2015 season was IFK Göteborg's 110th in existence, their 83rd season in Allsvenskan and their 39th consecutive season in the league. They competed in Allsvenskan where they finished second for the second season in a row, Svenska Cupen where they won the competition, Svenska Supercupen where they finished as runners-up and in qualification for the UEFA Europa League where they were knocked out in the third qualifying round. IFK Göteborg also participated in one competition in which the club continued playing in for the 2016 season, 2015–16 Svenska Cupen. The season began with the group stage of Svenska Cupen on 21 February, league play started on 5 April and will last until 31 October. The season will conclude on 8 November with Svenska Supercupen against IFK Norrköping. Jörgen Lennartsson was appointed new head coach, this after the former head coach Mikael Stahre was sacked. IFK Göteborg
Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna Göteborg (officially IFK Göteborg Fotboll), commonly known as IFK Göteborg, IFK (especially locally) or simply Göteborg, is a Swedish professional football club based in Gothenburg. Founded in 1904, it is the only club in the Nordic countries that has won one of the main UEFA competitions, having won the UEFA Cup in both 1982 and 1987. 2015–16 Svenska Cupen
The 2015–16 Svenska Cupen will be the 60th season of Svenska Cupen and the fourth season with the current format. The winners of the competition will earn a place in the second qualifying round of the 2016–17 UEFA Europa League. A total of 96 clubs will enter the competition. The final was played on 5 May 2016 and contested between Malmö FF and BK Häcken at Swedbank Stadion, Malmö, with BK Häcken winning. Teams Round and draw dates The schedule of the competition is as follows. Qualifying rounds The only two associations of the Swedish District Football Associations that had a qualifying round were Dalarnas FF and Örebro Läns FF, with the teams from other districts being determined though district championships or by club ranking in 2014. Degerfors IF is a Swedish football club located in Degerfors. The club, formed 13 January 1907, is currently playing in the highest tier in Swedish football, Allsvenskan. Superettan
Superettan (; meaning the super first (division)) is an association football league and the second highest league in the league system of Swedish men's football. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with Allsvenskan and Division 1. Seasons run from April to October, with teams playing 30 matches each, totalling 240 matches in the season. The league was created in 2000. The second tier of Swedish football had previously consisted of a varying number of regionalized leagues operating under the Division 2 (1924–1986) and Division 1 (1987–1999) names. Karl Hampus Zackrisson (born 24 August 1994 in Kinna) is a Swedish Association football, footballer who plays for Varbergs BoIS as a Defender (association football), defender. Club career IFK Göteborg Hampus Zackrisson started playing football with local side Skene IF, before he joined IFK Göteborg, IFK Göteborg's youth academy in 2008. Zackrisson played his first Allsvenskan game in the 2013 Allsvenskan, 2013 season away at IF Brommapojkarna on July 13. He was also part of IFK's U19 team that became Swedish champions that year, after defeating AIK in the final. Fredrikstad Fotballklubb (also known as Fredrikstad or FFK) is a Norwegian association football, football club from the town of Fredrikstad. Haitam Aleesami ( ar, هيثم العصامي; born 31 July 1991) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Cypriot club Apollon Limassol and the Norway national team.
