2015 FC Shakhter Karagandy Season
The 2015 FC Shakhter Karagandy season is the 24th successive season that the club will play in the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest tier of association football in Kazakhstan. Shakhter Karagandy will also be participating in the Kazakhstan Cup. Season events Manager Vladimir Cheburin resigned on 6 May, with Yevgeni Sveshnikov being appointed as caretaker manager. On 5 June Sveshnikov was released from his managerial duties, with Ihor Zakhariak being appointed in his place. Football Club Shakhter ( kk, "Шахтер" футбол клубы, Shakhter fýtbol klýby), commonly referred to as FC Shakhter Karagandy ( kk, Қарағанды/Qarağandı ;Russian: Караганда/Karaganda), is a professional football club based in Karagandy, Kazakhstan. They have been members of the Kazakhstan Premier League since its foundation in 1992. History After reaching third place in 1995 and 2007, their first championship was won in 2011. Oralkhan Yergaliuly Omirtayev ( kk, Оралхан Ерғалиұлы Өміртаев, ''Oralhan Erğaliūly Ömırtaev''; born 16 July 1998) is a Kazakh footballer who plays as a forward for Atyrau. FC Shakhter-Bulat ( kk, Шахтер–Болат футбол клубы, Shakhter–Bolat fýtbol klýby) is a Kazakhstani Football (soccer), football club based in Temirtau. It was previously known as FC Bolat CSKA (2004) and FC Bolat MSK(2005). It currently plays as the farm club of FC Shakhter Karagandy, Shakhter Karagandy. History Formed as Metallurg, the club was known as Stroitel between 1969 and 1977 before adopting their current name. They were a leading side in the Soviet-era game, winning the Kazakh SSR Cup seven times, including five consecutive triumphs between 1972 and 1976. Initially the club transferred their status to the independent Kazakhstan, and were founding members of the Kazakhstan Super League. Plamen Dimov ( bg, Пламен Димов; born 29 October 1990) is a Bulgarian Association football, footballer who plays for First Professional Football League (Bulgaria), Bulgarian First League club SFC Etar Veliko Tarnovo, Etar Veliko Tarnovo. Aubrey Robert David (born 11 October 1990) is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for Liga FPD club Alajuelense. Born in Guyana, he represents the Trinidad and Tobago national team.
