SD Worx () is a professional cycling team based in the Netherlands, which competes in elite road bicycle racing events such as the UCI Women's World Tour. Between 2012 and 2020, the team's title sponsors were the Dutch equipment rental company Boels Rental and Dolmans Landscaping, a Dutch civil engineering company. The 2015 Ladies Tour of Qatar was the 7th edition of the Ladies Tour of Qatar. It was organised by the Qatar Cycling Federation with technical and sports-related assistance from Amaury Sport Organisation (A.S.O.) under the regulations of the Union Cycliste Internationale (category 2.1). Emma Trott (born 24 December 1989) is a retired English racing cyclist from Cheshunt, currently based in Christchurch, New Zealand. She rode for the Dutch women's professional team Dolmans-Boels from the 2012 to the 2014 season. On 10 May 2014, Trott announced she would retire from road racing after the final stage of the Friends Life Women's Tour the following day. Janneke Ensing (born 21 September 1986) is a Dutch former sportsperson, who competed in speed skating in the 2000s before becoming a cyclist, competing for seven different teams between 2009 and 2021. Career Speed skating In 2002, she was the Dutch national C-junior champion. Two years later she won a bronze medal as a B-junior. At the 2007 KNSB Dutch Single Distance Championships Ensing finished 10th over 1500 metres. She also represented her country at the 2007 Winter Universiade held in Turin where she won the gold medal at the team pursuit together with Moniek Kleinsman and Diane Valkenburg. In 2010, Ensing finished fifth in the KNSB Dutch Allround Championships. Cycling Ensing started riding a bicycle in the summer as a means of cross-training before starting to compete in cycle racing.
