The 2015 ATP Shenzhen Open was a professional men's tennis tournament played on hard courts. It was the second edition of the tournament, and part of the ATP World Tour 250 series of the 2015 ATP World Tour. It took place at the Shenzhen Longgang Tennis Centre in Shenzhen, China from September 28 to October 4. ATP World Tour 250 Series
The ATP 250 tournaments (previously known as the ''ATP World Tour 250'' tournaments, ''ATP International Series'', and ''ATP World Series'') are the lowest tier of annual men's tennis tournaments on the main ATP Tour, after the four Grand Slam (tennis), Grand Slam tournaments, ATP Finals, ATP Tour Masters 1000, ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, and ATP 500 tournaments. As of 2020 ATP Tour, 2020, the series includes 39 tournaments, with 250 ranking points awarded to each singles champion—which accounts for the name of the series. Bai Yan (; ; born May 21, 1989 in Nanjing, Jiangsu) is a Chinese male tennis player. Tennis career Juniors As a junior, Bai reach his highest ranking as world No. 10 in the singles world rankings in January 2007. 2010 Yan won back-to-back ITF Men's Circuit titles in September before knocking off World No. 30 Radek Štěpánek at the Shanghai Masters the following month. 2012 After not competing on tour in 2011, Bai opened 2012 by reaching the singles semifinals of China F2 ITF Men's Circuit tournament. 2017 Bai opened the 2017 season by winning the Hong Kong F6 futures. Philipp Eberhard Hermann Kohlschreiber (; born 16 October 1983) is a German former professional tennis player. The right-hander won eight singles and seven doubles titles on the ATP World Tour and made the quarterfinals at the 2012 Wimbledon Championships. James Duckworth (tennis)
James Duckworth (born 21 January 1992) is an Australian professional tennis player. He has a career-high Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) singles ranking of World No. 47 achieved on 8 November 2021 and No. 185 in doubles achieved on 10 February 2020. As a junior, Duckworth enjoyed a successful career which included winning three titles and reaching the semi-finals of the 2010 French Open. Martin Kližan (; born 11 July 1989) is a Slovak former professional tennis player. The winner of the 2006 French Open boys' singles title, Kližan turned pro in 2007 and had a career-high singles ranking of world No. 24, achieved on 27 April 2015, and world No. 73 in doubles, achieved on 4 May 2015. Austin Krajicek
Austin Krajicek (born June 16, 1990) is an American professional tennis player. He has a career-high ATP ranking in doubles of World No. 9 achieved on 7 November 2022 and in singles of World No. 94 achieved on October 26, 2015. He is a distant cousin of Dutch tennis player and former Wimbledon champion Richard Krajicek. He played college tennis at Texas A&M. Chung Hyeon (; ; born 19 May 1996) is a South Korean professional tennis player. He is the 2017 Next Gen Finals champion. As an unseeded player, he became the first Korean player to reach a Grand Slam semifinal at the 2018 Australian Open.
