2014–15 FC Barcelona Season
The 2014–15 season was Futbol Club Barcelona's 115th in existence and the club's 84th consecutive season in the top flight of Spanish football. This was the first of the three seasons under head coach Luis Enrique. The season was one of the most successful ones in the club's history, as Barcelona clinched its second continental treble after winning La Liga, the Copa del Rey and the UEFA Champions League. The league title was won in a closely fought title race with Real Madrid, while the Copa victory was achieved with a brilliant 3–1 victory over Athletic Bilbao at Camp Nou in the final. Luis Alberto Suárez Díaz (; born 24 January 1987) is a Uruguayan professional footballer who plays as a striker for Uruguayan Primera División club Nacional and the Uruguay national team. José Manuel Pinto Colorado (born 8 November 1975) is a Spanish retired professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. After making a name for himself at Celta, with which he made his La Liga debut, he signed for Barcelona in 2008, going on to act as backup for Víctor Valdés the vast majority of his spell and being part of the squads that won 16 major titles, including four national championships and two Champions Leagues. 1998–99 FC Barcelona Season
During the 1998–99 FC Barcelona season, the club once again retained the La Liga title, but eliminated by Valencia in the quarter-final of Copa del Rey. Barcelona enjoyed a great season with their new signings Ronald de Boer, Patrick Kluivert, Frank de Boer, Mauricio Pellegrino, Boudewijn Zenden and Phillip Cocu. Barcelona had a league tough start in early season but Barcelona later made a remarkable turnaround to secure La Liga in late-May, thanks to Real Madrid's several slips.
