2014–15 BIBL Season
In the seventh season of the Balkan International Basketball League, ten participants from Albania, Bulgaria, Kosovo, the Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Romania Romania ( ; ro, România ) is a country located at the crossroads of Central Europe, Central, Eastern Europe, Eastern, and Southeast Europe, Southeastern Europe. Each team played every other team in its group at home and away. The top four teams from each group advanced to the second round. The teams that finished fifth in their group end their participation. The eight remaining teams are again separated into two groups with four teams each. KB Prishtina
Klubi i Basketbollit Prishtina (English: ''Basketball Club Prishtina''), officially known as Sigal Prishtina due to sponsorship reasons, is a Kosovar professional basketball club based in Pristina. The team currently competes in the IP Superliga e Basketbollit, Balkan International Basketball League (BIBL) and the FIBA Europe Cup. They are the most successful club in Kosovo, having won 14 national championships, 15 national cups and 7 supercups in the last 14 years. Since 2013 the club has competed in the Balkan International Basketball League (BIBL), and they became the first Kosovar side to win the competition first in 2014–15 after defeating Bulgarian side BC Rilski Sportist in the finals. Žarko Rakočević ( sr, Жарко Ракочевић; born January 4, 1984) is a Montenegrin professional basketball player for Étoile de Charleville-Mézières of the French Nationale Masculine 2 (NM2). The Albanian Basketball League is the men's professional basketball league in Albania. It was founded in 1946 shortly after the formation of the Albanian Basketball Association and is now divided into two divisions, the Superliga and First Division, consisting of 12 teams each.
