David Belda
David Belda García (born March 18, 1983 in Cocentaina) is a Spanish professional cyclist, who last rode for UCI Continental team . In May 2017, Belda recorded a positive drugs test for erythropoietin (EPO) in an out-of-competition control. The following December, he was given a backdated four-year ban until November 2021. Personal life He is the son of Vicente Belda, who also competed professionally as a cyclist, winning stages at the Giro d'Italia and the Vuelta a España. Javier Moreno Bazán (born 18 July 1984) is a Spanish professional cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team . Prior to this, Moreno has also competed for the , , , and teams. Career Moreno was born in Jaén. In 2009, Moreno won the third annual Criterium Ciudad de Jaén race, an unofficial two-day competition held during the off-season of the UCI World Tour circuit. Moreno was named in the start list for the 2016 Giro d'Italia, but abandoned the race on Stage 7. After five years with Movistar, in September 2016 Moreno announced that he would join for the 2017 season, with a role as a domestique for Vincenzo Nibali and with his main focus for the season being the Giro d'Italia. At the Giro d'Italia, he was disqualified on stage 4 of the race, after pushing Diego Rosa. In June 2017, he was named in the startlist for the Tour de France. David Arroyo Durán (born 7 January 1980) is a Spanish cyclist, who currently competes in mountain biking for the Primaflor–Mondraker–XSauce team. He is also a former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2001 and 2018 for the , , , and teams. Career Arroyo was born in Talavera de la Reina, Province of Toledo. Illes Balears–Banesto, later Movistar Team (2005–2012) He was also one of the best climbers on the , Arroyo's team from 2005 to 2012, along with team leader Alejandro Valverde. After Valverde crashed in the first week of the 2006 Tour de France, Arroyo was made team leader, until Óscar Pereiro claimed the leader's yellow jersey. Bembibre () is a municipality and a city located in the region of El Bierzo, province of León, Castile and León, Spain. According to the 2014 census (INE), the municipality had a population of 9,631 inhabitants. The second largest urban settlement in the region of El Bierzo, it is considered as the capital of traditional shire called "Bierzo Alto". Two rivers crosses Bembibre: Boeza and Noceda.
