2014 Tour Of Hainan
The 2014 Tour of Hainan was the 9th edition of the Tour of Hainan, an annual professional road bicycle racing stage race held in China. The race was rated by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) as a 2.HC (hors category) race, held as part of the 2013–14 UCI Asia Tour. Teams Twenty teams competed in the 2014 Tour of Hainan. 2013–14 UCI Asia Tour
The 2013–14 UCI Asia Tour was the 10th season of the UCI Asia Tour. The season began on 6 October 2013 with the Tour of Almaty and ended on 20 December 2014 with the Tour of Al Zubarah. The points leader, based on the cumulative results of previous races, wears the UCI Asia Tour cycling jersey. Moreno Hofland
Moreno Hofland (born 31 August 1991) is a Dutch former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2010 and 2021 for the , , and teams. Career In 2014 he took a stage win in Paris–Nice. In May 2015, Hofland gave his team its first victory of the season by winning a bunch sprint on the second stage of the Tour de Yorkshire, taking off some pressure on the organization by media outlets. That season he also won a stage of the Ster ZLM Toer. He then joined in 2017, staying with the team for two seasons and winning the Famenne Ardenne Classic in his first season with the Belgian squad. Hofland then joined in 2019. After only starting three races in 2021, he announced his retirement from competition in September of that year, disclosing that he had been suffering from intestinal ischemia, which had disrupted his ability to train and race. Danzhou

Wanning or in local Hainanese dialect as Ban Ning is a county-level city in the southeast of Hainan Province, China. Although called a "city", Wanning refers to both the county seat and to the entire county as a whole. The county-wide area has an estimated population of 65,871 (2006).
