2014 Gamba Osaka Season
The 2014 Gamba Osaka season was Gamba Osaka's 21st season in the J.League Division 1 and 27th overall in the Japanese top flight. It also included the 2014 J.League Cup and 2014 Emperor's Cup. The season was one of unparalleled success as it saw them win the treble with an incredible comeback in the second half of the league season which saw them crowned J.League champions following a 0-0 draw away to Tokushima Vortis in December. In addition they added both the J.League Cup and the Emperor's Cup to their trophy cabinet. The feat was made all the more incredible by the fact that Gamba were only promoted back to J.League 1 at the beginning of 2014 following a one-season spell in the Japanese second division. is a Japanese professional football club based in Suita, Osaka Prefecture. The club plays in the J1 League, which is the top tier of football in the country. Nagoya Grampus
(formerly known as ) is a Japanese association football club that plays in the J1 League, following promotion from the J2 League in 2017. is a Japanese international football player currently playing for Gamba Osaka in the J1 League. His regular playing position is an attacking midfielder or a winger. Club career A native of Osaka, Kurata came up through the youth team ranks at Gamba Osaka and made his way into the first-team squad ahead of the 2007 season. Owing to his tender years, he played just 6 league matches in his debut season as a professional, but the following year he went on to make 21 appearances in all competitions as Gamba lifted the 2008 AFC Champions League and the 2008 Emperor's Cup. Yasuyuki Konno
is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a midfielder or defender for Nankatsu SC. He played for Japan national team. He regular plays as either a defensive midfielder or a centre back. Omiya Ardija
is a professional association football club based in Ōmiya in Saitama, Japan. Its "hometown" as designated by the league is the whole of Saitama city, which is shared with neighbours Urawa Red Diamonds.
