2014 FC Kairat Season
The 2014 FC Kairat season was the 4th successive season that the club playing in the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest tier of association football in Kazakhstan, since their promotion back to the top flight in 2009. Kairat finished the season in 3rd place, winning the Kazakhstan Cup and reaching the Second qualifying round of the Europa League, being knocked out by Esbjerg Esbjerg (, ) is a seaport town and seat of Esbjerg Municipality on the west coast of the Jutland peninsula in southwest Denmark. By road, it is west of Kolding and southwest of Aarhus. With an urban population of 71,698 (1 January 2022)

Football Club Kairat ( kk, Qaırat Fýtbol Klýby) is a professional association football, football club based in Almaty, which plays in the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest level of Football in Kazakhstan, Kazakh football. Founded in 1954 as Lokomotiv Alma-Ata, they became Urozhay in 1955 and Kairat in 1956. The club's home ground is the Central Stadium (Almaty), Central Stadium which has a capacity of 23,804. The club's home kit colours are yellow and black striped shirts, black shorts and black socks. Kairat was the leading Kazakh club during the Soviet period and the only representative of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic in the Soviet Top League. For this, Kairat became nicknamed ''The Nation's Team'', and remains to be widely supported all over the country. All in all, the club spent 24 seasons in the Soviet highest level. Timur Yevgenyevich Rudoselsky (russian: Тимур Евгеньевич Рудосельский; he, טימור רודוסלסקי; born 21 December 1994) is a Kazakh footballer who plays for Armenian Premier League club Alashkert. Career On 6 February 2019, Rudoselsky signed for Okzhetpes on a contract until the end of the 2019 season. In March 2020, Rudoselsky signed for Belarusian Premier League club Smolevichi. Samat Kabiruly Smakov ( kk, Самат Қабірұлы Смақов, Samat Qabiruly Smaqov; born 8 December 1978) is a Kazakhstani football manager and a former player who played as a defender. He is the manager of FC Yelimay Semey. Clubul Sportiv Gaz Metan Mediaș (), commonly known as Gaz Metan Mediaș or simply as Gaz Metan, was a Romanian professional football club based in Mediaș, Sibiu County. FC Tobol ( kk, Тобыл футбол клубы, Tobyl Futbol Kluby) is a Kazakh professional football club based at the Central Stadium in Kostanay. They have been members of the Kazakhstan Premier League since its foundation in 1992. Aleksandr Kislitsyn (russian: Александр Кислицын; born 8 March 1986) is a Kazakhstani football defender. Career Born in Karaganda, Kislitsyn began playing football with the reserve team of local side FC Shakhter in 2004. Mark Mikhaylovich Gurman (russian: Марк Михайлович Гурман; he, מרק גורמן; born 9 February 1989 in Alma-Ata) is a Kazakhstani professional association football player who currently plays for Kyzylzhar and the Kazakhstan national team. Club career Gurman made aliyah at the age of fourteen without his parents.
