The Campeonato Amapaense, commonly known simply as Amapazão, is the football league of the State of Amapá, Brazil. It is organized by the Amapá State Football Federation. Format First Stage *Standard round-robin, in which all teams play each other once. *Single leg playoff between the top 2 teams. The winner of this playoff qualifies for the championship final. Second Stage *Standard round-robin, in which all teams play each other once. *Single leg playoff between the top 2 teams. The winner of this playoff qualifies for the championship final. Third stage (if necessary) *Home-and-away playoff with the winners of the first and second stages. If a team wins both stages (first and second) it is crowned the champion. Santos Futebol Clube, also known as Santos-AP () or simply Santos, is a Brazilian professional football club based in Macapá, Amapá. The team competes in the Campeonato Amapaense, the top division in the Amapá state football league system. Founded in 1973, they are located in the bairro of Coração and play their home matches at the state-owned Zerão. The 2015 Copa do Brasil (officially the 2015 Copa Sadia do Brasil for sponsorship reasons) was the 27th edition of the Copa do Brasil football competition. The competition was contested by 87 teams, which qualified either by participating in their respective state championships (71), by the CBF Rankings (10), by qualifying for the 2015 Copa Libertadores (5) or having the best 2014 Série A record (excluding those qualified for 2015 Copa Libertadores). 2015 Campeonato Brasileiro Série D
The 2015 Campeonato Brasileiro Série D, the fourth level of the Brazilian League, was contested by 40 clubs, and started on July 12 and ended on November 15, 2015. The four teams in the semifinals were promoted to the 2016 Campeonato Brasileiro Série C. Competition format The 40 teams are divided in eight groups of 5, playing within them in a double round-robin format. The two best ranked in each group at the end of 8 rounds will qualify to the Second Stage, which will be played in home-and-away system. Winners advance to Third Stage. The quarterfinal winners will be promoted to the 2016 Campeonato Brasileiro Série C, 2016 Série C. As there is no Série E, or fifth division, technically there will be no relegation. 2015 Copa Verde
The 2015 Copa Verde was the 2nd edition of a football competition held in Brazil, featuring 16 clubs. Pará has three clubs; Amazonas, Distrito Federal, and Mato Grosso have two each; and Acre, Amapá, Espírito Santo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Rondônia, Roraima, and Tocantins each have one. In the finals, Mato Grosso's team Cuiabá defeated Pará's team Remo 6–5 on aggregate to win their first title and earn the right to play in the 2016 Copa Sudamericana.
