2013–14 Ukrainian Hockey Championship
The 2013–14 or XXII Ukrainian Hockey Championship was the 22nd annual edition of the Ukrainian Hockey Championship. Following the 2012–13 PHL season, national championship returned under the authority of Ice Hockey Federation of Ukraine (FHU) after two seasons were held by Professional Hockey League (PHL). The season concluded in a playoff series in March 2014. Regular season * '' Vinnytski Haidamaky were withdrawn because of constant failure to appear for their matches due to financial problems. All their results (six games) were canceled.'' Ukrainian Hockey Championship
The Ukrainian Hockey Championship ( ua, Чемпіонат України з Хокею, '' tr: Chempionat Ukrayiny z Khokeyu'') is an annual ice hockey award and national title, bestowed to the ice hockey organization judged to have the best performing team in Ukraine, founded in 1992. Prior to the 2015–16 season, the league playing for the title took the name Ukrainian Hockey Extra League. In 2016, the new Ukrainian Hockey League was created instead. Hockey Club Bilyi Bars Bila Tserkva ( uk, ХК Білий Барс Біла Церква; en, White Leopard of Bila Tserkva) is a Ukrainian team based in Bila Tserkva, Ukraine. The club was a founding member of the Professional Hockey League of Ukraine and now playing in the Ukrainian Hockey League. History The Bilyi Bars were founded in 2008. The 2012–13 Professional Hockey League season was the 21st annual edition of the Ukrainian Hockey Championship, and the second season of the Professional Hockey League (PHL). Seven teams participated in season, with HC Donbass-2 becoming national champions for second year in a row. Professional Hockey League
The Professional Hockey League (PHL) ( uk, Професіональна хокейна ліга (ПХЛ), '' tr: Profesional'na khokeina liha'') was an ice hockey league in Ukraine, founded in 2011; ceased in 2013. The country's national title, the Ukrainian Championship, was awarded annually to the league champion following a 4-team, 2-round playoff at the end of the 41-game regular season. Runners-up received silver and bronze medals. This format ended after the 2012–13 season, whereupon the FHU reclaimed administration of the title. The winner of the Ukrainian/PHL Championship was also guaranteed qualification into the Champions Hockey League season. Hockey Club Sokil Kyiv ( uk, ХК Сокіл Київ; en, Falcon Hockey Club), commonly known as Sokil Kyiv or HC Sokil, is a Ukrainian Professional Hockey League team based in Kyiv.
