2013–14 Serbian Cup
The 2013–14 Serbian Cup season is the eighth season of the Serbian national football tournament. The competition will start on 4 September 2013 and concludes with the Final on 7 May 2014. The winner of the competition will qualify for the 2014–15 UEFA Europa League. Calendar Preliminary round A preliminary round was held in order to reduce the number of teams competing in the next round to 32. It consisted of 7 single-legged ties, with penalty shoot-out as decider, if the score was tied after 90 minutes. Appearing in this round were bottom 9 teams from 2012–13 Serbian First League, as well as 5 regional cup winners. The draw contained seeded and unseeded teams. Serbian Cup
The Serbian Cup ( Serbian: Куп Србије, Kup Srbije) is the national football cup of Serbia. The winner of the competition gets a spot in the UEFA Europa League qualifying round. From 2006 to 2010, the competition was known as the Lav Cup for sponsorship reasons. History Serbia's cup tournament is the legal successor to the Serbia and Montenegro Cup and in turn of the Yugoslav Cup. This cup tournament lasted for four seasons up until the dissolution of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro in 2006. The tournament was dominated by Serbian clubs with no Montenegrin sides reaching the final. Belgrade giants Red Star were easily the most successful club reaching the final all four years winning twice and losing in the final the other two seasons. Surprisingly, Red Star's cross-town rival Partizan did not appear in a single final. FK Sloga Kraljevo
Fudbalski klub Sloga Kraljevo (Serbian Cyrillic: Фудбалски клуб Слога Краљево) is a football club based in Kraljevo, in Serbia. History In 1909 former cavalry captain Mr. Delić came to Kraljevo from Šibenik and brought the first ball which he bought in Zemun. He ran away from the Austro-Hungarian army to Belgrade, and shortly afterwards he moved to Kraljevo. 1919–1945 The club's first games were played in Divlje Polje, the playground was across the street of an old train station. Žiča was the first football club in Kraljevo and was founded in 1919. Its first matches were played against Viktorija from Čačak and the soldier academy. In both games Žiča suffered heavy defeats. Three years later the club changed its name to Ibar and competed in the Kragujevac League. The club existed till 1941. FK Mokra Gora
FK Mokra Gora () is a football club based in Zubin Potok, Kosovo, Serbia. They compete in the Šumadija-Raška Zone League, the fourth tier of the national league system. History The club participated in the last two seasons of the Serbia and Montenegro Cup ( 2004–05 and 2005–06). They were eliminated in the opening round on each occasion, convincingly losing to Obilić (5–1) and OFK Beograd (3–0), respectively. In the 2006–07 Serbian Cup, the club would go on to defeat Borac Čačak in the first round on penalties. FK Radnički Sremska Mitrovica () is a professional football club based in Sremska Mitrovica, Vojvodina, Serbia. They compete in the Serbian First League, the second tier of the national league system. History The club was founded on 15 April 1922. FK Partizan Bumbarevo Brdo ( sr-Cyrl, ФК Партизан Бумбарево Брдо) is a Serbian football club based in Bumbarevo Brdo, municipality of Knić. History The club was officially founded on 1 May 1946 by members of the Yugoslav Communist Party and was named "Boda Radonjić" in memory of the Partisan fighter in the World War II that was killed in the Battle of Srem. But in 1955, because of the new football regulations, the club had to change its name, and after having been named shortly simply as "FK Boda" a new name had to be chosen. RFK Novi Sad 1921 (Serbian Cyrillic: РФК Нови Сад 1921) is a professional football club from Novi Sad, Serbia. The club is currently playing in the Serbian First League. History The club was founded in 1921 with the name NTK (Novosadski Trgovački Klub, Novi Sad Traders Club), and played in the regional leagues. FK Banat Zrenjanin () was a football club based in Zrenjanin, Vojvodina, Serbia. History The club was founded in June 2006 by the merger of Budućnost Banatski Dvor and Proleter Zrenjanin.
