2013–14 NBB Cup
The 2013-14 NBB Cup was the 46th season of the NBB Cup. It was managed by the Nationale Basketball Bond (English: National Basketball Federation). SPM Shoeters Den Bosch were the defending champion having won the cup the previous season. The championship game was played on 30 March 2014 at the Landstede Sportcentrum in Zwolle. Finalists were Zorg en Zekerheid Leiden and GasTerra Flames. GasTerra Flames won 79–71. Participants The draw was held on 19 July 2013 in Nieuwegein. Teams in bold play in the Dutch Basketball League (DBL). The 2012–13 NBB Cup was the 45th season of the Dutch NBB Cup. The championship game was played on March 24, 2013 in the Topsportcentrum (Almere). DeJuan Wright (born December 7, 1988) is an American professional basketball player for Kutaisi 2010 of the Georgian Superliga. Wright usually plays the shooting guard position. From Detroit, Wright attended Henry Ford High School and Florida International University. Career In the 2012-2013 season, Wright played for EiffelTowers Den Bosch in the Netherlands. On September 27, 2013 Wright signed with BC Orchies in the LNB Pro B, the second league in France. He averaged 14.3 points and 5 rebounds for Orchies. Basketball Stars Weert, commonly known as BSW, was a professional basketball team based in Weert, Netherlands. The club was founded in 1968 and played in the Dutch Basketball League. Home games of the team are played in the Sporthal Boshoven. The club was a regular participant in the Dutch top division, as the side from Weert appeared in the Eredivisie (later DBL) for 34 straight seasons. The highlight of the club was the national championship in the 1993–94 season. The club finished three times as runner-up in the DBL: in 1988, 1993 and 2001.
